Our professionally decorated and furnished condominium features a large and inviting great room with cable TV and a VCR/DVD with stereo. The dining room can comfortably seat you and your guests. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Bay and Ocean from your private, furnished, screened-in lanai.
All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and plenty of closet and drawer space. Accommodations include a Master Bedroom with a KING size bed, TV/VCR/DVD, walk-in closet and access to the lanai. A jewelry/wallet safe in the closet. The large and luxurious Master Bath features 'his' and 'hers' vanities. The QUEEN Suite has a TV/VCR/Video Games( X-Box, Wii, Nintendo), walk-in closet and a large private bathroom. We have a TWIN bed AND a QUEEN bed in the room. The third bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a private bathroom.
The fully-equipped, family-friendly kitchen includes dishes, glassware and cooking utensils, a convenient breakfast/snack bar with seating. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has a full size washer/dryer. Linens and towels are provided.
This gated community has something for everyone. The commons area at the Regatta offers a beautiful, zero entry 5'depth pool complete with a waterfall. Or enjoy the lap pool with a view of the bay. There is also a fitness center, hot tub and a large gazebo grilling area. It is a short one-block walk to the beautiful, white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. A park, jogging/walking trail, ice cream parlor and grocery store are minutes away. Regatta is located in the heart of North Naples which boasts fine dining as well as excellent family dining, shopping, golfing and so much more.
