The beach in this area is probably the nicest on the island.
And the view of the golf course, plus a 3 minute walk to the beach, made it ideal.
Plus--the pool is on the south side of the house which makes it sunny almost all day.

Sitting in the rockers on the back deck, drinking a beer, and watching people miss easy putts on hole #1 of the Ocean Course.
Relaxing by the pool and listening to beach music(the house has built-in outdoor speakers).
