This upstairs location is perfect for anyone wanting to be close to the beach. It's close proximity to the pool, lanai privacy and huge open views are the perfect getaway for romance and relaxation. It's quiet, away from roads, and a short walk through exotic gardens down to the beach. Parking is FREE and located just below the unit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I absolutely love being awakened by the 22 different calls of the island birds. The flowers and greenery that surround the Sunset Suite are lush, green and colorful. The parking is FREE and located right outside your front door. Having a spacious bathroom and dressing area are perfect for one couple or two. The king size bed is great for your back and the pull out queen sofa bed is new and of the highest quality. Do you love to barbeque? Pick up mouth watering steaks from up country Maui, slather them with sauce and drink your mai tai while watching the sunset from your private lanai. You can't beat a visit to this unit. It has one of the best views in the Village.

It's been a joy living on the island for the past 4 years. However, in mid Dec 2008 I transitioned to San Jose to run my nationwide company and find the appropriate people to assist me in taking the business to the next level. My hope is that soon I will be able to return home as Maui is where my heart is. If you've been there you know exactly what I mean.
During those glorious 4 years I fully remodeled and redecorated each of my 3 units with the highest quality materials and workmanship. Since rattan is all you can find on the island I imported all of the furniture from California to bring the feeling of class, romance and comfort. Each unit was chosen for its great location and proximity to the ocean.
I truly hope you enjoy your visit to Maui and make many wonderful memories to share with family and friends.
