This beautiful, three-story, 7 bedroom, 5.5 bath oceanfront home with elevator to all floors and heated pool* is an outstanding choice for your vacation reunion. The beach and ocean are at your back door, providing breath-taking views. In fact, not only will you be mesmerized by the views in the grand great room on the first floor, but four of the seven bedrooms on the second and third floors have ocean front views and private balconies.
The great room is graced by two large, stone columns and of course windows looking out onto the ocean. The living area offers stately tan leather furniture along two twin sleeper chairs, a mirrored and stone gas fireplace, and rich dark cabinets containing an entertainment center with TV, DVD and VCR. Also there is a desk between the fireplace and windows offering a high-speed wireless line. The floor throughout the great room is travertine stone which in beautiful and stately.
The large stunning kitchen is very impressive for it offers beautiful granite countertops, a large center island with five breakfast barstools, a magnificent six burner gas stove with two ovens and range hood and all stainless steel appliances. The dining area offers a large wood table with seating for 10 set up near the windows for oceanfront dining.
The first of seven bedrooms is on this floor. Here you will find 2 twin beds, a large armoire with a TV and VCR and a beautiful full bath. The bath has travertine flooring; the large shower has travertine walls and the sink, stone tiles. This bath offers a private entrance as well as a hall entrance. Completing this floor is a half bath located right next to the pool, and a washer and dryer.
The sweeping, gracefully designed staircase to the second floor brings you to bedrooms 2, 3, 4. The first bedroom at the head of the stairs offers two queen beds, armoire with TV and VCR. Once you step out onto the private balcony, you have a splendid view of the salt marsh. There is also a private entrance to a large shared bath. This elegant shared bath has a spa tub, two separate stone tiled sinks and a shower.
The other bedroom off of this bath is an oceanfront with a queen bed with a private stone balustrade balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. This bedroom also includes an armoire with a TV and VCR. The 3rd bedroom on this floor is an exquisite and stunning master with a king bed, sitting area with a twin fold out sleeper chair, armoire with TV and VCR and again the incredible ocean front views and private balcony. The large master bath, rich with travertine and stone, offers a spa tub, a shower with two sprayers and dual sinks.
Up to the third floor via the lovely winding windowed staircase are the 5th, 6th and 7th bedrooms. The first bedroom you will come to has a queen sofabed which can also be used for viewing a large built in TV with DVD & VCR. In this room you will discover a combination refrigerator & wine cooler along with a microwave & sink. This bedroom is serviced by a bath shared with the next bedroom.
This ocean front bedroom has a queen bed, armoire with TV and VCR and private stone balustrade balcony with incredible views looking out onto miles of beach and ocean. The final oceanfront suite offers a rattan king bed, the absolutely incredible views, private balcony, armoire with TV and VCR and a beautiful master bath with spa tub & separate shower and two seperate sinks. Completing this floor is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Outside you will be treated to a heated pool*, large deck, lounge chairs, table and chairs, gas grill and your own private elevated board walk to the beach. In the garage is a one-hole putting green. Parking is limited to five cars.
