Our family (two young teens and two parents) enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was well appointed and had many of the comforts of home. It was easy to settle in with our family and entertain our extended family for fabulous dinners on the lanai. The house had all the "toys" we needed, including bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. It is located right across from the pool which was perfect for afternoons after busy mornings at the beach. Our family hopes to return in the near future.

We stayed here in August 2011. This was our 3rd time renting here, I think that says it all. When you get there the townhome is even better than the pictures! You will have all the comforts of home located right in the middle of paradise!! From the boogie boards and bicycles to the spices in the kitchen, to the maps and directions, the lanai with dining table and outdoor kitchen, the owners have provided everything you need to have the most wonderful stay. And there are wonderful restaurants including Merrimans, the Canoe House, Sansei and Roys all close by. There is a grocery store located right at the shops in the complex if you want to cook at home. There are great beaches close by too. Laura thanks so much for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us for another wonderful stay, we can't wait to return again! Mahalo!!

We stayed in the condo for 5 nights. The condo has everything you can think of. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very modern. The pool is right outside your door, which my kids loved. We used the bikes to ride down to the beach to watch the sunset every night. The club beach had GREAT snorkeling and was so relaxing to use the lounge chairs. It is very close to Hapuna beach which was great for body surfing. I don't understand why anyone would want to stay a fancy hotels when you could rent a beautiful big condo like this.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse so much! Everything is beautifully maintained, and the direct access to the swimming pool was awesome. We can't wait to visit the Big Island again..and when we do we will definitely stay here. We traveled all over the island on our stay..and this Townhome is located in a central enough spot to enjoy everything. After a long day in the rental car on the other side of the island..we couldn't wait to come back and relax inside this well-appointed home. Loved it!!!

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. My husband, two teenage sons, and myself thoroughly enjoyed staying here. All the extras were appreciated: snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and the basic food stuff. The proximity to the pool was perfect for the kids. The beds were so comfy. Thank you!!

What a fantastic time. Thank you!!! The townhome had everything we needed and more. Our parents stayed in another townhome in the complex and while the decor was similar, yours was more comfortable and had all the touch and feel of home. We ate dinner at THIS table for that reason. Aloha Laura.....Wow you have provided the BEST vacation rental we have stayed in yet!!!! This is big because we LOVE being right on the ocean, but didn't miss that note at your condo!!! We are staying right on the ocean in Maui right now and we all mention from time to time , how nothing will likely compare as far as condos go. We usually do vrbo and have been very pleased with everything and then yours knocked our socks off!! You have absolutely thought of EVERYTHING!!!! And the detailed directions and instructions and tidbits of advice in your binder.....all we can say is WOW!!! We also found out that Leanna is also a gem..hmph hmph.....with our little "faux pas" with the beach club card....Please thank her once again for us!! We know where we will be staying next time we visit the Big Island which we are loving more each visit, having been real Maui lovers to date.....I hope we decide early enough to get lucky with availability!!!! Thank you sooooo much again for the time you have taken to really make your vacation home THE BEST ever!!! It makes short travels to beautiful beaches absolutely fine!!! What a wonderful place to stay on the Big Island-perfect for a family-EVERYTHING you need!! Location right beside the pool was AMAZING for the kids! We started on Oahu and are on to Maui next and wish we could take this place with!!!! Mahalo!

All the comforts of home and the luxuries to make us feel truly spoiled! This condo is a dream! The pool, just steps from the lanai is amazing and the private upstairs deck is perfect for an afternoon nap or reading that great book! We couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Check out the sea horse farm where you can feed and hold a sea horse! We even had one cuddle up to us in the palm of our hands. A truly unique experience! Tamarah Barton

"Hi Laura, Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed the Big Island. As we noted in the guest book, your place was great! the amenities and location were wonderful. Also wanted to say that all your recommendations were so helpful. We did the Costco thing on the way from the airport. We visited Kilauea which was really cool. We tried Merriman's for lunch one day and enjoyed Ruth's Chris one night as well. We also enjoyed dinner on our last night at the Canoe House-great to watch the sunset over the beach. Hapuna Beach was our favorite and the ML Beach Club was aslo very nice and convenient. We will definitely recommend your condo to our family and friends!"

We stayed here last Thanksgiving and it was absolutely wonderful! The owners have thought of every last item that you might need and supplied it for your use. The location, right across from the pool is so convenient! This place is even better in person and the owners thought of every last detail from supplying local maps and menus to condiments to cook with, even bicycles to ride to the store. If you stay here you will not be disappointed! We cannot wait to return!

We had an amzing time in Kona. The home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and quiet. The Condo had everything from extra towels for the beach to condiments in the refrigerator. We had extra blankets and pillows if we needed them. The owners beach was beautiful and close by. I would highly recomend staying in this unit. I look forward to coming back one day. Thank you !!!

We visited the condo in February and immediately felt at home. Absolutely loved the layout as well as finding every amenity we possible! We did not have to travel very far to get anything we needed. The nearby Hapuna Beach is great for boogie boarding and amazing sunsets. Would love to return soon.

Paradise in Paradise! This condo has it all! Amazing sunrises from the upstairs lanai and steps away from the pool! Every comfort has been thought of! The location is perfect - close to great beaches, shopping and awesome restaurants! So much to see and do right at your back door - check out the Hawaiian fish ponds and the petroglyph park. We will definitely stay here again!!

Having made a long journey from the East Coast it was comforting to walk into this condo;it was so inviting and beautifully decorated. It was by far one of the nicest places we have ever seen! The owner was wonderful to work with; gracious, helpful and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed if you choose this as your destination!

Our family spent Christmas 2007 at this condo. Although we have been to other Hawaiian Islands this was our first trip to The Big Island. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Extremely well appointed. Everything you could ask for including beach chairs, coolers and even a guide book. Close to excellent restaurants and a new grocery store. Fantastic location. Steps from the pool. We will return to the Big Island and this condo will be the top of our list. This place made our holiday the best we've ever had. No need to look any further.

What a beauty this condo is! It's decor is luxurious with tropical themes and colors. The unit itself is perfectly located with pool views from most rooms. Imagine sitting outside on the lanai or eating on the patio with the pool only a few yards away. Anything I wanted or needed was found easily in this well-equipped unit. The newly opened Farm Market at The Shops at Mauna Lani makes it easy to stock or restock the refrigerator. Tommy Bahama's in the same complex is a culinary delight. I would stay at this unit again and again. It's perfect.

Having stayed in numerous places on all Hawaiian Islands, I have to say this place has it all. Close to the best golf and beaches, Don't restaurants and night life. This place would also be perfect for families. In fact, I'm sure I will return with my wife and kids. Perfect beach with private access. Perfect pool with waterfall and never crowded. Don't miss the sunrise from the upstairs lanai. The property is impeccable; stylishly decorated in island theme with every amenity. A must stay if you're looking for a condo on Hawaii!

Lots of TLC and "extras" at this beautiful Hawaii condo! Furnished with your comfort in mind. The furnishings are classy, the beds are to-die-for, the kitchen perfectly stocked, the view divine and the total experience an unforgettable one. The owners of this unit have not left anything out in planning for your perfect vacation and, believe me, you'll be back! (Take a trip to the botanical gardens - a "must-see")
