Great Condo at a Great Price!

I have to say that this is a fantastic condo! My wife and I spent just about 2 weeks here, and it was a terrific experience. When you look at pictures on-line, you never really know how a condo or hotel is REALLY going to be, and this one was a fantastic surprise! It was even better than in the pictures. It has an ocean view (from a distance, but still an ocean view), it was very clean, quiet, and had everything we could possibly need. If you want to spend time in very nice setting and not spend an arm and a leg, this is perfect for you. I feel that we got very good value for our money, which is important to me, as it met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the owners for keeping it updated in terms of furnishings, and thanks to the cleaning staff for doing a fantastic job. I've been places where I felt that I needed some serious updating, where they must expect that because I'm on vacation that I don't care about decor from the '80s. This condo is tastefully updated and I didn't feel that I needed to clean up before settling in. We never used the pool, but that was because we preferred to hit the beach, so we can't comment on that, although it looked clean. When booking the condo, it was all made very easy, and any info we wanted was quickly provided. All in all, this was a great experience, and thanks to everyone involved for helping us have a great time in Kauai!

We went to Hawaii many times, but this condo was the best choice we ever made. It was AMAZING!!! Princeville area - golf course - was clean, green, excelent taking care of. We highly recommend this place to spend vacation here. Julie was very friendly and helpful. Everything was in there, even Alove vera cool gel. There was also bugie boards, things for a beach (for kids). If you like to run in the morning there is a great path for runners. Next to entrance to Princeville is a nice area tu shop and they have amzing ice cream. PARADISE to stay. The best place for food close by was KALYPSO ISLAND BAR & GRILL in Hanalei town. We loved Ahi with calamari and we gave it 10 stars. We will definitely come back. MAHALO and ALOHA

Dear Fred and Heidi Thank You for sharing your wonderfull condo with our family. Our stay on Kauai was very pleasurable due to your elegant place. Everything we needed was here and your place greatly exceeded our expectations. We will return to stay as soon as we can as we feel we have found a little bit of paradise here. This was our second time in Kauai and we once again had a great time. Bubba's burgers and Paradise shave ice were our favorites. I highly recommend Tropical Biplanes and a trip around Kauai in the red Waco biplane. A blast from the past. Thanks Again The Heck family

Aloha Fred & Heidi, We had a fantastic time in your beautifully adorned condo!! The furnishings were lovely, and we loved the little touches, the selection of coasters, the “Aloha” book in the bathroom, and the variety of music and DVD’s. “IZ” was listened to at EVERY dinner. :-) I highly recommend the book “Island Wise”, which was enjoyed for hours on the golden sands of Hanalei Bay! Princeville is the most quaint, charming town and we loved the ocean view past the golf course path here…the paved pedestrian path across the street that runs through Princeville was wonderful to jog! Thanks so much, we hope to be back very soon!

Fred & Heidi, You have a very beautiful condo and have made it a very comfortable place to stay. The Wi-Fi was great to use our laptop computer. We were lucky to have a female albatross sitting on her nest and were hoping to see her little one hatch. I loved all of your books about the different trees, birds, flowers. This is our fourth trip to the Hawaiian Islands, but our first trip to Kauai. Kauai is the most beautiful by far. We snorkeled Hanalei Bay, hiked the Na Pali Coast Trail, and went horseback riding. However I think Bob's favorite was playing the two Princeville golf courses. We loved your condo. It has everything we wanted and more. You have thought of everything, even the beach chairs and ice chest which we used every day. We will definitely return to Kauai and we will certainly stay in your condo.

What a great trip we have had! The kids loved the pool and the beach at Hanalei Bay. Mike played the Prince Course twice and I loved my trips to the spa. The queen sofa bed and the two full baths made your condo so much better than a hotel room. We will be back.

We are on our honeymoon and Kauai is such a romantic place to spend it. Everything has been perfect; the weather, the sunsets, the walks on the beach and the champagne on the lanai. Our favorite thing was the helicopter tour to see Kauai from the air. It is beautiful! Your condo is lovely; thank you for sharing it with us.
