Our home is located in beautiful Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Oceanside Village is a 180 acre gated community with 24 hour security, private beach access and private beach parking.We are just a two minute walk to the beach. There are bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach. Just around the corner Is the heated, indoor, glass-enclosed pool. Both the indoor and the outdoor pool are spacious and are surrouned by beautiful patios. Each has a kiddie pool as well.
The Conch Cafe is located on the beach and is a full service indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar.In the village there is a play ground, basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court and many stocked fishing lakes.
Our home sits on a dead end street directly across from a pond and has a gorgeous view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils for cooking. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use.
We require a $250.00 down payment at time of booking and balance to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders.

My husband and I, and our 2 boys stayed here July of 2010. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Kathy, the landlady was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. The place was perfect if you have a teenager because there are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, giving you just the right amount of space. The neighbor was very helpful too,and was more than accommodating if you needed anything. I would definitely recommend this rental, as my husband and I hope to get back there in 2012.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed at the house from August 8th to the 15th. We were very pleased with our rental. The house was everything we expected and more. The community was a very pleasent surprise. It had everything we needed and more. The pool area was great and the people were very friendly. The area in the community was very well kept and very clean. My wife and I highly recommend this rental unit to anyone wanting to get away.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
