Our home is located in beautiful Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Oceanside Village is a 180 acre gated community with 24 hour security, private beach access and private beach parking.We are just a two minute walk to the beach. There are bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach for Oceanside Village guests. Just around the corner Is the heated, indoor, glass-enclosed pool. Both the indoor and the outdoor pool are spacious and are surrouned by beautiful patios. Each has a kiddie pool as well.
The Conch Cafe is located on the beach and is a full service indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar.In the village there is a play ground, basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court and many stocked fishing lakes.
Our home sits on a dead end street directly across from a pond and has a gorgeous water view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils for cooking. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use.
We require a $200.00 down payment at time of booking and balance to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders.
