Summerplace Townhomes consists of 18 units located on the eastern, beach side, strip at 6215 Thomas Drive and provides quick and convenient access to main roads, nearby major department stores and restaurants. Front door parking provides trouble free, quick access to your lodging. This is a family orientated complex for mature renters 25 years of age and older and their families and friends.
This very clean and well kept unit offers all the comforts and amenities of home. Enjoy our beautiful pool, located only five doors away. Beach access is just a shot walk through the beach access entrance.
