This spacious, well kept, townhome has everything you need. We are the fifth unit from our newly renovated, heated private pool. Call or email now to discuss booking and arrangements.
Summerplace Townhomes consists of 18 units located on the eastern, beach side, strip at 6215 Thomas Drive and provides quick and convenient access to main roads, nearby major department stores and restaurants. Front door parking provides trouble free, quick access to your lodging. This is a family orientated complex for mature renters 25 years of age and older and their families and friends.
This very clean and well kept unit offers all the comforts and amenities of home. Enjoy our beautiful pool, located only five doors away. Beach access is just a shot walk to the beach access entrance.

A perfect visit
A perfect visit
This unit a fantastic bargain. It's in a great location, has everything we needed, and has owners that are nearly too good to be true. As we planned our days, we constantly found that the things we wanted to do were very close. It was a short, easy walk to the beach and a short drive to everything else. My emails were answered quickly and I had a wonderful phone conversation with Tom. In fact, this experience has gone beyond mere owner/renter as something is brewing for January which will allow our two families to enjoy an evening together. A special thanks for steering us toward the Pickle Patch, as no better breakfast can be found. Fun in the sun at a better than reasonable price.

Well last minute plans to head to the beach with the kids and trying to find something for Memorial Day weekend....Wasnt real sure of where it was or what we were gonna be staying in... So I prepared myself for the worse. Well when we arrived, and thanks for Tom working with us on the payment drop off, I was amazed on what we got. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen and washer and dryer. When you take the kids always trying to find the better deals so that you have some spare money to spend on activities with them. We had our own parking, not having to drive around a parking lot for 15 minutes to hunt you a space. About a 4 minutes walk out the back door to the beach. And this is the BEST time that I have had. We were found sooo many Sand Dollars in the beach, something that all ages were loving to do. And with the kitchen there, we saved money by cooking breakfast, eating hotdogs and sandwiches for lunch and then I put the teenagers to the grill duty for supper. Of all the years going to the beach, this is the best place that I have stayed at and enjoyed the company around me. The kids didn't have far to drive to do get to the happening spots, but then the traffic wasn't moving fast either. Husband and I lived up some of the peace and quiet with each other while the kids were doing what they do. And it all could not have happened if it wasn't for the owner of the unit..... THANKS TOM! Will be making plans to stay with you MORE often!!
