  Our Spring Break in Hilton Head was an absolute delight! Sequestered at the end of a short street, this home was perfect for our needs. The very easy access to the beach only served to enhance the experience. Our family joined two others, each of whom had children, and we never felt crowded even for a minute. The layout of the home allowed the parents to visit and enjoy evening coffee, while the younger ones watched t.v. and played games. The up to date furnishings, and well-planned layout of this home enhanced the experience as well. We have visited Hilton Head many times over the years, and I don't remember a better trip than this one. We highly recommend this home for a wonderful family vacation.

  Cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is. We had 9 golfers down for 5 days/4 nights and this house fit our group perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms, all of which were clean and comfortable. Speaking of room...between the two kitchens/living rooms and the georgeous screened in porch, we had plenty of space to get away and decompress after a tough round of golf :-). Again, great place for a large group of golfers and can see how terrific a place this would be to bring multiple families down for week of vacation, etc. Thanks Julia for allowing us to stay are your home, we loved it!

  Thank you for letting us make your beautiful Hilton Head home ours for a week! The first day we were there, it was such fun trying to pick out which one of the beautiful bedrooms we would make our own for the week-long stay! The spacious layout suited our needs perfectly. Should you need one, having an elevator in the house was too cool! Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate with us so that we could use your pool area, but Jaime did everything he could to try and make that possible for us.. The short walk to the beach was not only comfortable, but pleasurable, with the shaded walkway so close to "our" home. We spent lots of our time in Sea Pines which made your location the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle there during the Heritage Golf Tournament. We hope to be back next year! Thank you Julia and Jaime for helping us bring this family reunion together!!

  We had our entire bridal party stay with us at this wonderful home for our March 2013 wedding - and we were able to give everyone their own room! Julia and Jaime have done such an amazing job equipping the house with everything you could need for a large gathering, and keeping it comfy for visitors. We felt "at home" as soon as we walked in the door, and we got "ooh's" and "ahhh's" from every person that came in. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated, both kitchens are very big, and all the furniture was comfortable. My favorite part of the home was the long screened porch on the second level with lots of seating. We spent every morning here drinking our coffee and listening to nature. We were only able to use the grill for one night during our stay, and it was great. Don't buy a propane tank (oops...) - there's a propane line to the grill and it's ready to use! The beach is just a few minutes walk away, and Coligny Plaza is a very short drive, with coffee shop, restaurants, shopping, and a delicious cupcake shop. This place was seriously amazing, and we had such a memorable time here. None of us wanted to leave, and I would recommend this home to anyone with a large group looking for a beautiful, spacious place to gather. Thank you, Jaime and Julia, for sharing your home!

  Jaime and Julia were so kind and helpful. Our large family was quickly gathering for my Dad's funeral. All arrangements were done quickly, easily, and the family had a great time, loving my Mom, sharing wonderful family stories, and enjoying a terrific home. The elevator was perfect, since Mom uses a walker. She was able to go upstairs to rest, while the rest of the mob was down on the main floor. My son and his family with 2 babies were in the private downstairs unit, so they were able to have nap time without any issues. This house will be on our agenda for the next family reunion, but for a happy occasion. Thanks you, Jaime and Julia!

  It was perfect for our large family of 25. We all were able to have our own bedrooms and baths. The kids shared one bathroom amongst them with no problem. Julia and Jaime had a christmas tree up and decorations around the living area and christmas music playing when we walked in. We all felt like we were home away from home. The Cabana was great for the older people to escape from the crowd now and again!!! Thanks again Julia and Jaime for being such wonderful hosts. We will be coming again in the future. We are going to try in the summer so we can also enjoy that beautiful pool and hot tub.!!!!! If you are planning a large reunion of such this is the place to be!!!!

  Our family of 14 rented this wonderful house to celebrate my father's 70th birthday and Thanksgiving. The house was prefect for us and we had lots of room. We were able use china for Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchens were stocked with everything we needed. The owners Julie & Jamie are very accommodating and helpful. Thank you Jamie for taking time to bring us the additional TV for the game system. That was the best thing you could have ever done. We will plan to come back during the summer or spring.

  THIS HOME IS GORGEOUS AND WELL MAINTAINED. WE WERE SO HAPPY TO ARRIVE AFTER A LONG TRIP TO FIND THE HOME CLEAN AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. OUR FAMILY MEMBERS WERE TRAVELING FROM ALL DIRECTIONS AND WERE ALL SO HAPPY TO SEE SUCH A BEAUTIFUL HOME. IT WAS NICE TO ARRIVE AND GO THROUGH EACH ROOM TO PICK FROM AND EACH ONE HAD ITS OWN CHARACTER AND BEAUTY. OUR FAMILY WAS LARGE AND WE HAD MANY CHILDREN. THIS HOME WAS PERFECT FOR MY PARENTS 50th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY & GRANDMA'S 90th. WITH HAVING THE 2 KITCHENS, IT MADE IT EASY TO TAKE TURNS TO COOK FOR EACH OTHER. THE KIDS LOVED THE POOL & THE JACUZZI. AND WE ALL SEEMED TO HAVE OUR OWN SPACE. THIS HOME IS LOCATED SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH, AND WE WALKED TO IT EVERYDAY. OR, WE RODE OUR BICYCLES ON THE BEACH OR TO SOME OF THE RESTAURANTS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOME ACCOMODATING OWNERS, JAIME & JULIA ARE THE PERFECT COUPLE TO RENT FROM. WE HAD NO ISSUES AND THEY WERE SO HELPFUL WHEN WE NEEDED SOMETHING OR HAD SOME QUESTIONS. WE ARE SO EXCITED TO COME BACK TO HILTON HEAD AND WE WOULD LOVE TO STAY IN ONE OF THEIR HOMES AGAIN. THIS HOUSE IS FABULOUS, CLEAN, AND WELL MAINTAINED. PLUS, THE HOME HAS A NICE LAYOUT SO NOBODY IS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO STAY IN A HOME WITH HOME OWNERS THAT REALLY CARE!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

  We vacationed in this lovely home to celebrate our mothers 70th birthday! We had 16 total (5 being young children) and we all had a place to sleep! The house was so roomy and it was nice not feeling like we were on top of each other the whole we were there. The pool and the hot tub were wonderful & Jamie and Julia were so helpful with all of our questions - no matter how silly some of them were! :) Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Hilton Head! Thanks so much for a lovely vacation!

  This house is fully equipped with everything you need to stay away from home comfortably. We were able to leave our highchair and crib at home. There are plenty of bedrooms for everyone to spread out. The 2 living areas seemed strange at first, but we kept the kids and their toys in one and watched tv in the other. The owners were able to accommodate our needs - we decided to have the heat turned on to the pool after we arrived due to a drop in temperature and they did it with no hesitation. The walk to the beach was a little far but easy.
