This is a lovely family home. Homey and comfortable for all ages. Lush and private back yard. Vegetable and herb garden.Well maintained and newly redecorated. Water conditioning system throughout entire house. Mild coastal climate, freeway close. Situated near Batiquitos Lagoon a protected wetlands and wildlife refuge and home to many bird species. Walking nature trail around lagoon. Within 5 miles is Palomar Airport served by United and San Diego Airport only 30 minutes south serving all major airlines.

Legoland is minutes away, Sea World 20-30 minutes south, Scripps Aquarium 20-30 minutes south, World Famous San Diego Zoo 30-40 minutes south, Disneyland 50-60 minutes north. North County Beaches are beautiful and spacious come and see! The Village in Carlsbad has shopping, entertainment, restaurants, bars, beaches and much more!
