We invite you to envision as you awaken each morning to the aroma of freshly brewed KONA coffee and watch the sunrise above the silloette of Diamond Head , enjoy the fresh ocean breeze from the lanai, and at the end of your day view a beautiful ocean sunset from our home on the quiet side of Waikiki. You will be less than two blocks from the sands of Kapiolani / Waikiki beach and so close to the activity and high end shopping Honolulu offers on the strip of Waikiki..
For your comfort our home offers quality linens, a full kitchen in a home that is warm and tastefully decorated with a bit of Aloha as we enjoy for ourselves - for our discerning guests our unit is bright and CLEAN.
Eating Out can get costly, or sometimes you may just want to sleep in - but the kids are hungry. The convenience of our "at Home" ammenities, allows you to keep snacks on hand, bring in TAKE OUT, or prepare simple meals to help cut expenses.
As our guests you may share the ammenities of this RESORTQUEST Waikiki Sunset Hotel Complex - swimming pool, and sauna with seperate locker / shower facilities, 2 Lighted Tennis courts, and BBQ's with clean picnic areas. Bring your work with you - Highspeed Broadband access is available in our home. Additionally, Internet access Hotspots can be found at different locations on the property. Pleasant Hawaiian Tours is homebased in the lobby with tour buses departing from the corner. A small convenience store is located on the 5th floor. A new Super Safeway just opened a short walk down the street. The complex offers 5 floors of guest parking with 24 hr security and "pass key" access from the garage to the elevators.
We are located 20 minutes from Honolulu Airport, with easy access to and from the H-1 highway. Foodland, Safeway,and CVS/Longs Drugs are a short walk/drive away. The comforts of home - Starbucks, Peet's even McDonald's are convenient to this location, as are many of our favorite "Local" stops. With the Honolulu Marriott across the street, you can enjoy evenings of fine dining, or after hours dancing and drinks.
24Hour Fitness members: Honolulu location is just around the corner. Jog or walk with the locals (across the street) around the Honolulu Zoo & Kapiolani park.

We stayed with kids for 5 nights in Feb 2011 and had a wonderful visit. Great views as advertised, incredibly convenient location to beach, restaurants, attractions. No car necessary. The unit is well stocked and the building has all the amenities of a hotel. And Ernie was a pleasure to deal with. No complaints. We'd definitely stay at again.

I brought my family along for a part work, part vacation week in Paradise. This condo was fantastic!!! All the reviews and descriptions seem right on. We had our 3 and 5 year old in bedroom # 2 and the Master bedroom was great for us. We had our 16 year old niece on the fold away (quite comfortable) and it still felt like we had plenty of room. Ernie and his wife have gone to great lengths to make sure there is access to everything you may need on your time in Waikiki. The property manager was FABULOUS to deal with (and got us out of a couple of challenging situations - ie locked door). Before our trip I was a little concerned that we may be too far down the Waikiki strip, but as stated in the description, the location is perfect. Close to everything and at the same time, you get a little of a feel that you are removed from the bustle by the unobstructed Diamond Head view (no hotels in sight that direction). At the same time, you can go to another window and look (through hotels) at the beach and all the activity. The parking pass and in and out ability was a really big plus as well. Internet in room (and in business lounge on the 6th floor) was great and allowed me to work as normal. With this condo, you get all the pluses of a hotel stay (except we had to make our own bed ;o) ) plus the cozy feel of staying in a larger residence. I hope we can come back!!

Our family (Parents + 3 kids) stayed here for 3 wonderful nights. The place is immaculate with a spectacular view of Diamond Head. It was out of the Waikiki chaos but an easy walk to the beach, shopping and fun. Parking was convenient and they have beach mats, boogie boards and other goodies available. Our youngest (8) slept on the couch and it worked out just fine. We would highly recommend it and when we return to Waikiki we will stay there again.

Uncle Ernie provided a great environment for our family fun. A well stocked condo, Hawaiian furnishings, a good kitchen with super pots ,pans & utensils. And its close to the Bus on Kuhio,& has a quiet view of Diamond Head over a huge school ground. The building was well kept,I liked the internet access on the 6th floor after the kids took their computer home ( the condo has access if you take your own computer). The agent was approachable , I felt that she would help if I needed anything. A good holiday!

My family and I stayed at Ernie and Diane's place 4/1-4/6/09. The condo was conveniently located with all the amenities needed. The laundry room was close, so very convenient. Loved having a full kitchen available for quick meals morning, day or night. The view of Diamond Head from the lanai was absolutely beautiful! Ernie and Diane were very gracious hosts, and made us feel welcomed as ohana from the moment we arrived. Great value overall...we will definately return for our Oahu vacations!

Ernie is absolutely one of the most gracious hosts you will find. He goes the extra mile to make sure that your stay is comfortable from the get go - even going so far as to prepare holiday treats that guests can snack on upon arrival. The apartment is clean, well-kept, and less than a 2 minute walk from Waikiki Beach. Five stars...will be back.

What a perfect place to stay on our vacation! Great place to hang after a truly exhausting day at the beach, surfing, tanning,tanning, tanning, etc... Our kids enjoyed the convenience of having a place to cook the comfort food of home. Supermarkets, Leonard's (Malassada's), the "Waikiki Strip",shopping, Ala Moana Mall (and all sorts of other shopping!) are conveniently located. There is no shortage of great restaurants along the strip. The view of the moon illuminating Diamond Head is spectacular! Thank you for providing all the amenities of home and all the necessities for a comfortable stay while in this paradise!
