This beautiful beachfront single-family home is ideally situated in the quiet, family-friendly North Beach area, and features Florida's best surfing. Four bedrooms and four baths, an exceptionally well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living areas are perfect for families wanting to enjoy a laid-back beach life. All that is needed is you, sunscreen, food and your beverage of choice!

Our home has been enjoyed by our family for 5 generations and we want to share this great beach experience with our guests.
The 2 large decks and screened-in porch allow for enjoyment of the outdoors and sea breezes in style and comfort. A few steps down our walkway put you on one of the widest beaches in the country with the majesty of the Atlantic Ocean and the added security of lifeguards on the beach.
We are close to Orlando, Daytona, Cape Canaveral, and Disney World. Come join the fun and excitement of the Space Coast area.

This is a great location for beach and town access. We were steps away from the beach and close enough to town to walk to shopping and restaurants. The house was very accommodating for our "girls getaway" with all twin beds and each bedroom having its own bathroom. The management was helpful in answering quesitons and helping with the few issues that came up during our stay. We have stayed in the house for the last three years and plan to stay again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

Our family of eight stayed here and loved this place. It is more spacious than indicated by the photos,sunny and cheerful. Very well equipped and comfortable, great view of the ocean. Nice walk into town. Quiet neighborhood, house is spotless with lots of games for family fun. We would love to come back if we can and would recommend to friends. Thanks.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Our family of six just spent a week at this beautiful house. It was perfect and allowed us space and privacy and was so well equipped with everything. This is a great place.Very clean and functional. Walk to Flagler Ave. is safe and easy.10min walk.The lanlord is great.Very accommidating. Don't see him. No Pun intended. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
Great beach access. Surf break is fabulous in front of the house. Ponce Inlet is just a mile north. Great beach break for paddle boarding, boogie boarding and body surfing.

We are directly on the beach in a private home. The beach is very family friendly, great surf, with lifeguards posted close to the house. The home is within walking distance of shopping on Flagler Avenue. Tennis courts and golf are close by as well. The house was completely renovated after a tornado in 1996. New Smyrna Beach is a relaxing beach that hasn't been over commercialized. It is a great place to relax and unwind!
