The front door opens to the patio where you can have your morning coffee watching the sun rise over Carmen Island. Just a few palm trees are all that separate you from the beach and the Sea of Cortez.
Walk south for miles on open beach or go north to town, shopping and the Marina.
Out the back door you will find lots of parking for your vehicle and boat and a short walk to the swimming pool and club house. A wash rack is on site for your boat along with a covered fish cleaning station.
The home is in a gated community with 24/7 security. Our manager will be on site to help with any
site seeing or fishing trips you might want to do. Securing a cab or renting a car are only a phone call away.

Bob, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. we had a great time. The location right by the water was wonderful and it made our stay with the kids easy and fun. The location close to the airport made our trip home much easier. thank you again.

This small casa is a good choice for a small family or 2 couples. Small outside sitting area, small living/dining area. Nice size kitchen; washer/dryer a plus. Improvements suggested: cleanliness, especially kitchen & bathrooms, better outdoor seating. The owner (onsite) was responsive to minor problems, and was a good resource for local knowledge.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.
