This immaculate second-floor unit puts you just high enough above the beach for a spectacular view. You'll be the first to spot dolphins in the morning while you're enjoying your first pot of coffee on me. This 1,000 sq.ft. spacious condo is nestled in the cozy 27-unit Crystal Villas complex. Our west end location has spectacular views of the sunset.
In addition to designer touches throughout, we also have a luxurious new king-sized bed with a pillow top mattress and a great view of the beach in the master bedroom, a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the oversized great room, and 2 bunk beds with brand new pillow top mattresses tucked into an alcove in the hallway for the kids.
The unit has 1.5 baths, laundry room with tub, shower and a full-sized washer and dryer. The larger than usual kitchen boasts stove, oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee- and espresso-makers and a dishwasher!
Rainy? No problem. Just outside your front door you can overlook the enclosed heated pool. Take the stairs outside your door down to the first floor and swim or relax poolside with your favorite book.
After the sun goes down, you can walk the beach in search of beach critters or settle in for your favorite movie or TV show on our brand new 32-inch LCD-HD home theater system. BlockBusters is just across Highway 98 on Commons Drive.
Located just a stone's throw east of Henderson Beach State Park on Scenic Highway 98 East, Crystal Villas is within walking distance to restaurants and great shopping. A short drive takes you to Destin Commons, golf courses, water parks, movie cineplex, more restaurants and one of the largest outlet malls around.
Destin boasts many water sports and excursions a short drive away AND will definitely capture your heart.

location right on the beach, and the privacy and cozy feel of Crystal Villas.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Some of the things I love about my condo are: waking up and seeing the beach and gulf out my bedroom window; watching for dolphins from the balcony (they swim by mornings and evenings); the flexibility to either stay on the beach at the condo or walk/drive to several nearby shops, restaurants; and, finally, the absolute peace of just being there.

My guest wrote me: "We really enjoyed everything about our stay here in this comfortable condo on the beach. Stepping just outside on the balcony listening to ocean waves crashing on the shore and seagulls calling to each other has the most therapeutic effect of any activity I have ever encountered. The corner balcony allows a view for miles down the beach. We saw crabs at night when we went searching with flashlights. We rented water "toys" from the guys who set up our beach service each morning. The private beach is wonderful. If you get too much sun, you can just relax under the umbrella or sit out on the balcony! Walking down the beach looking for seashells was another favorite thing for me. The rooms are very comfortable, and the two half baths with vanities connected by the shower/washer/dryer room offer plenty of privacy. We had one minor problem with water pressure one morning, and Fred the maintenance man was already fixing it by the time I called him on the phone. It was fixed within 15 minutes. Great place, great service, great fun! I would love to stay here again!"
