Why the Owner Chose Splash
Splash is amazing. Panama City Beach is alive and growing. New development gave us the reason to purchase our unit
1206 East in Splash. Being on the water, having our own private beach, Adults get the Luxurious life in our unit and kids get all the FUN with pools, arcade, and waterpark. We have a interior design firm in Atlanta and have done high end luxurious homes from Custom Design work and Faux Finishing. Our unit is elegantly comfortable and many have stated that our unit is the nicest unit in Splash.Florida is amazing with sunsets and we had to have a piece of it. The Gulf's water clear aqua-teal is postcard picture perfect. The Balcony views give you panoramic views of Panama City Beach and if you get lucky, you have views of Dolphins playing or Manta Rays riding the surf. It's absolutely amazing

Originally from Texas and moved to Atlanta to get away from the heat and start a business. Atlanta is my home but as hectic as life is there, we wanted an escape......a paradise. I own a Decorative Painting and Interior Design Firm in Atlanta and have had an opportunity to work with the best in Design in Atlanta and our Clientele portfolio includes Famous Bobby Cox from the Atlanta Braves and many of the top Builders such as John Weiland, Tollbrothers, and Jim Hogan Homes. We love Atlanta but Florida is where we love to come, play, and relax. I hope your family enjoys our unit as much we enjoyed designing it and owning it.
