Beautifully furnished 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath on 22nd floor. Fantastic view of the emerald green Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach from unit. Flat screen plasma TV with DVD player as well as wireless internet are in the unit and ready for your enjoyment. A fully functional kitchen with everything you need to make this your home away from home.
We offer a "frequent booking" program as well as credit for your referrals to our unit.
Stay in our unit on 5 separate occasions for at least 1 week per occurrence and get 1 free week (subject to availability). (referrals that meet those same guidelines also count toward your account.)

Our stay was very enjoyable and you can't beat the condo, resort, and location for the money. The only reason I rated our stay 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had trouble with the electronic keypad on the door. This in no way reflects on Jim Boots or his unit, as we have experienced the same issue at another unit at Emerald Beach. The unit was clean and had lots of space and Jim was a pleasure to work with. Once you stay at Emerald Beach Resort, you won't stay anywhere else. The super fast elevators, options of several pools, Tiki Hut at the pool, plus many other extras can't be beat! Best deal at the beach!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this condo for 2 mos. last winter,2008 and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Everything about it is super, just what we wanted. We greatly appreciated our stay from April 26th. to May 24th. 2008. This unit is SUPER CLEAN. All electric appliances are working well and cooking utensils provided are VERY CLEAN. The Wireless High Speed internet signal is excellent.From the balcony, you get an awsome view of the sea and beach.. Do not hesitate to contact this owner if you want to rent this apartment.
