The village at Bear Trap Dunes is the perfect location for your golf/beach vacation. Enjoy golf and water views from this private, first floor end unit 3 bedroom/2 bath golf villa, located just minutes from the boardwalk at Bethany Beach and the night life of Ocean City, Maryland.
Our home offers the comforts and amenities you would expect to find in a premier vacation home: high-speed internet; a 40" SONY HDTV with a DVD player; a Bose Wave radio system; a one touch tile gas fireplace; and a fully equipped kitchen.
The master suite has a private bath, 27" TV, its own balcony and a walk in closet. The second and third bedrooms have their own TV (one with a DVD/VHS player) with two twin beds in each room.
Our enclosed porch and deck overlooks the third tee and pond at Black Bear, and opens into a grassy common area. There is a dining table in the enclosed porch, and a gas grill and seating on the deck.
The community of Bear Trap Village offers 2 outdoor pools, kiddie pool, indoor pool, exercise facility, sauna, hot tub, har-tru tennis courts and basketball courts, as well as a tot-lot with swings and other equipment.
The 27 hole championship golf course offers a Pro shop, driving range, and practice areas. The golf club is open to the public and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with both casual and beach formal dining. There is also a snack bar at the Pavilion for those who want to grab a sandwich or burger and head back to the pool. Free shuttle buses run all day long in season to Bethany Beach and the boardwalk.
The Tanger Outlets, 130 brand name and designer stores, offer tax-free outlet shopping just a fifteen minute drive away in Rehoboth. Ten miles south of Bear Trap is Ocean City, Maryland with its night life and restaurants.
