Stunning, three story custom home for rent in Seagrove Beach, Florida. Two family rooms, four bedrooms, four and one-half baths. Sleeps 12. Several large porches, sunroom and fourth story roof decks on East and West sides. Oak and tile floors, crown molding, whirlpool bath - upgrades throughout. 12 x 24 pool may be heated to 86 degrees for an additional $30 per day. As you head eastward on Scenic Hwy C30A departing the famous little town of Seaside, you enter into Seaside's older and far less famous neighbor, Seagrove Beach. A block into Seagrove, your eyes are naturally drawn north to a structure just back from the road. What has caught your eye is a bold, three story Florida home, the Elizabeth White House, rising high above the bluff, beach and Gulf.
The ground floor has large king bedroom suite with TV/VCR, rocking chair and a private bath with ceramic tile shower. Large laundry room with super capacity washer/dryer. The second floor has a large family room with a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Den includes a 25" TV, VCR/DVD player, large sleeper sofa, two overstuffed chairs, seating table for the kids, and shelves full of puzzles, games and paperbacks. Stereo with CD changer pipes music to the entire first and second floors and porches. Two baths - one with tub/shower and one with tiled shower. Kids love the bunkroom with 4 sturdy twin beds. Entertainment center features a 25" TV/VCR, DVD player and stereo with CD changer that pipes music to the entire third floor, porch and fourth floor roof deck. Cable modem and router provides wireless internet connectivity. Master bedroom suite on third floor includes a king bed, whirlpool tub, separate tile shower and sunroom. Sunroom and great room open onto a 26' open-air porch overlooking the Gulf.
The fourth floor leads into an enclosed sun room/observation deck with tall chairs and table. Two separate outdoor roof decks with director's stools for the views and Adirondack chairs for the sun, moon and stars. A dramatic curved interior staircase runs from all floors to the roof decks. The grounds include a convenient, double carport, a hot/cold outdoor shower and foot rinse, and a gas grill. There is ample parking for up to six cars. This extraordinary home is only steps from Seaside at roughly half the price! Convenient beach access just across Scenic Hwy C30A leads you to sparkling emerald waters and sugar-white sands.
