This recently redecorated 17th floor unit (awesome view), having the highest facility rating of DELUXE PLUS, is located in the central Destin area directly on the beach which has the most beautiful white sugar-like sand you will ever see. Beautiful "Beach Theme Decor" with great panoramic view of the beach. Unit features tile flooring in the living area with carpet in bedrooms. The kitchen features granite counter tops with accent track lighting allowing you to create our own mood.
Unit has three TVs (one large HD in living area and a smaller in master bedroom), three DVDs, VCR, excellent stereo system, high speed DSL internet connection, washer and dryer, hair dryers in both bathrooms, and a fully-stocked kitchen. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. The twin beds can be converted into a king prior to arrival with advance notice. There is a new sleeper sofa in the living room which would be ideal for teens or young children.
Pelican Beach is an upscale, non-smoking resort, located right across from the Big Kahuna Water Park. A wonderful feature is the plentiful covered parking which is available to everyone. The resort is close to many excellent restaurants, local attractions such as theme parks, mini golf, and go-carts. The shopping is beyond belief when you are looking for a break from the beach/sun with the USA's largest designer outlet mall located only ten minutes away.
Enjoy an outdoor pool with a waterfall, an indoor pool (both heated), and a kiddie pool. Relax in the beach side hot tub, fitness room, video game room, and tennis courts. Utilize the outdoor grilling area, beach service for umbrellas and chairs, and play zone for children offered Memorial Day through August 31.
For your convenience during your stay you can also enjoy a huge sunning deck located next to the beach side tiki bar. For unexpected necessities, Chan's Market is located on the premises providing convenience store items, along with burgers, pizza, and hot dogs.

Just wanted to let you know I was very impressed with your condo. It is really nice and comfortable. I am so pleased. The staff here is so nice and the resort is really set up well - prices are not bad either in the deli market and bar area.
