This beautiful beachfront condo (Casa de Apollo) has just been remodeled in Mexican style, with modern amenities. This 1450 square foot condo is located right on Los Muertos Beach, the best swimming beach in Puerto Vallarta, where the Rio Cuale River enters Banderas Bay. This charming area is also known as Old Town or Zona Romantica.
You will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen at your disposal. The living room opens onto a large terrace and a breathtaking and completely unobstructed view of the entire Banderas Bay. You will be right on the beach with restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife within just a few blocks of our front door.
Our condo has two air-conditioners, four ceiling fans, three phones (with answering machine), and three satellite TVs (much of which is in English) along with two DVD players. You also will have a CD player in the living room.
Of course, the terrace is ideal for watching the dolphins and whales in the Bay, as well as the “fishing” pelicans and terns. The beach also offers parasailing, fishing excursions, whale watching tours, banana boat rides, snorkeling, and bay cruises.
You will be so close to anything you might want or need (including a supermarket two blocks away), there is really no need for a cab or rental car. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is a five minute walk along the newly constructed extension to the famous Malecon (waterfront walkway).
Villas Vista del Sol has a strong reputation as the best kept and managed condominium complex located on Los Muertos Beach. You'll have 24 hour security, a very large heated roof top pool, an excellent restaurant on the beach (which also offers room service and rooftop pool service), and palapas directly in front of the building with food and bar service. Washer and dryer facilities are located in the building for your personal use, and six day-a-week maid service is included. You also will have Internet service in the lobby.

2011-12 requires Saturday to Saturday stay (except July-September).
Jan-Mar = $195/night; April = $150/night; May-June = $120/night;
July-August-September = $80/night (3 night minimum)
October = $120/night; November-December = $175/night

Reservations greater than 30 days in advance of arrival require
a 50% Deposit, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full.

Wonderful Condo!!! Awesome location right on Los Muertos beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries..don't need a cab. Condo is spacious and the owner provides everything you need: towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies. Comfortable beds, terrific security, full kitchen. Very casual and comfortable place tastefully decorated. We loved it!!! The owner is a pleasure to deal with and wants you to enjoy your stay. We are absolutely coming back!

We have been renting Casa de Apollo for four years. This time we spent five weeks and think we might extend our next visit to six weeks. It is a very beautiful condo, decorated with much love. The vistas are magnificant. Great location!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. Our 25th anniversary was indeed very special and memorable. The condo location was fabulous! The umbrella came in VERY handy!! Condo was just as it was depicted with absolutely no surprises EXCEPT it was so much more than we expected! We fell in love with PV and definitely want to go back. The condo altho so close to everything was very quiet and restful and peaceful. Falling asleep to the ocean was the best!! NEVER used the AC and it was in JULY!! Watching the people on the Malencon was wonderful! To sum it up, We had a WONDERFUL time in a WONDERFUL condo and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

We spent a week in this glorious condo. The view was awesome and we saw humpback whales cruising by in the ocean. The condo has a wonderful layout, two private bedrooms with baths. Great for two couples. The ammenities are great and we did quite a bit of our own cooking. The condo was spotless and well maintained. Certainly one of the best locations and views. We enjoyed the evenings on the balcony watching the sunset, watching the people walking on the Malecon, and listening to music. Truly lovely. Lots of shopping nearby. We don't hesitate to recommend this unit.

This condo is what you are looking for! It is steps from the beach; the balcony is so close to the ocean. The owner provides you will everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The security is wonderful, so safe! The rooftop pool is to die for, and you can walk to all restaurants and shops. A great condo to boil some shrimp and hangout on the balcony with drinks or eat out and hit the dance clubs! Very spacious! We will be back for sure!

We just returned from spending a month in Casa De Apollo and were so sad to leave. It is a beautiful condo with beautiful vistas! Condo has everthing you may need and much more. Greg & Aaron really know how to take care of their renters. They did a wonderful job! We will definitely be back!

Our family stayed at this property in July. We would highly recommend this condo building, Vista del Sol, for a great location and view. It's a central location for shopping, restaurants, walking. Convenient to the OXOX (like 7-11's). Out the door and to the right, to the drop off laundry, drop off in the morning and pick up at the end of the day. The furnishings in this condo are so restful. Soft greens, beige with just a dash of Mexican color. Dishes, cookware, knives are of superior quality. Owner even supplies beach chairs stored in the guest bedroom, as well as beach towels...we did wish there were a couple of umbrellas since it rained off and on. Television stations were great. We were able to watch some of our favorite shows. The owner is very thoughtful with the guides that we found in the condo.Would we stay there again? Absolutely!!!!

This was an amazing condo- so updated, tastefully decorated, and one of the best views in the building- If I ever win the lotto, I'm gonna ask to buy it!:) Highly recommended by someone who has been to PV over 25 times!!!!
