The Collingwood Cottage is located on a quiet, limited access street directly behind the main drag in the vibrant Castro District. There are three units in the building; two units are accessed from the front and a small bungalow studio is accessed from the backyard. The Cottage is meticulously maintained; in early 2007, the building was completely renovated.
The cozy bungalow has a queen size bed, wardrobe, efficiency kitchen and remodeled full bathroom with tile shower. The kitchen has a microwave, convection toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. This unit, with direct access to the backyard, is perfect for singles and couples with pets, short stays, or those who don’t want to cook but want the option to heat up a quick meal or have coffee in bed! The spacious studio has a queen size bed, wardrobe, desk, full kitchen and remodeled full bathroom with tile shower. The eat-in kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances and there is a comfortable sitting area in the front picture window area. There is a roll-out full bed available for parties of 3.
The one bedroom unit contains a large wardrobe and desk in the main hall, full kitchen furnished with new appliances, living room with queen size sleeper sofa and remodeled full bathroom with tile shower. There is a table and chairs for dining, and the kitchen has a door leading to the backyard area. The bedroom, which is adjacent to the kitchen, has a queen size bed, TV and side tables. Sleeps 4.
Refinished hardwood floors, new furnishings, new paint inside and out, new beds, linens and towels make these units a clean and comfy place to call Home. Free WiFi, laundry facilities and a large yard are included. |
