We always enjoy staying at this vacation house! It's beautiful and close to the beach. I loved the new bedroom addition, and the landscaping around the pool area! It's always a pleasure to stay here, and I would recommend this weather your coming with family or friends!

I had not told them of the house remodel and I'm glad it was a pleasant surprise .. Hopefully the family tradition will continue and we'll meet again next year.

We visited Siesta Key on 1/8/2011. Our stay at the house was great. The owner is really great.Any questions that I had he answered immediatly. The beach is so close & beautiful. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

Owner response:The house has recently been upgraded and the addition of the third bedroom is warmly embraced, along with the extra full bath. The newly landscaped garden and new gazebos are a further attraction. I'm glad that the guests enjoyed their stay and look forward to many more.

We are travel agents. Brian, owner of this property is the perfect host. We give this property our top rating...we'll be returning summer 2010 with additional guests. I own a summer home near Hot Springs and this beautiful property in Siesta Key reminded me of my own home --- comfy, spacious...very spacious! I just returned from Siesta Key and I visited this property. It is very spacious and clean and very close to the beach. I found Brian to be vey gracious,accomadating and honest. Any one that wants to rent in Siesta Key don't hesitate to check this one out.It is a great deal.

This house was perfect.Just big enough for what we needed. We took our daugher and our grandchildren. It is a great house for families to spend a vacation. The pool is wonderful for days the kids don't want to go to the beach, and to swim in the evening. The beach was so close. We stayed in August '08'. We have already booked for next year. Great property, especially for families! We stayed here in August 08, and really enjoyed it. A five minute walk to the beach, which is gorgeous and not as crowded as the public beach, which is within walking distance. Owner is very pleasant and accommodating, and the house is very attractive and well maintained. Our kids loved the pool as well!

We visited Siesta Key Beach House June 21-28, 2008 and were very pleased with our stay. It was an extended family vacation, with in-laws and their younger children, along with my family of 4. We had more than enough space! It was nicely decorated and very comfy. The location was great, very close to the beach and to grocery stores etc. The pool was nice and private, and refreshing after being at the beach all day. My 3 year old loved it! I was surprised by how many extras came with the house. My only complaint was the sulfur smell on the beach, although it wasn't overwhelming. Rainwater runoff on the beach may be the cause of the smell, but as I said, it wasn't that bad. I would gladly reccomend this rental, and would be happy to stay there again. Also, we used the attached apartment and it is super nice!!

THIS HOUSE IS GREAT. NICE CLEAN AND VERY KID FRIENDLY. HAVING PRIVATE POOL WAS A BIG PLUS, AND THE BEACH IN A 30 SECOND WALKING DISTANCE WAS WONDERFUL. WE WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR.

Our family stayed for a week in the summer. House was cool, with private pool, a short walk to the beach, and the price was right! The owner Brian was great to work with, and checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Looking forward to our next vacation at the Beach House!

We enjoyed staying in this house very much. It is very close to the beach, the pool is great. All the rooms in the house are huge. We liked it so much that we already booked another vacation here for Christmas. Can't wait to return!

This house is awesome!! It is big enough for a family yet small enough to feel like you have your own private cottage. Having the pool was a big plus for those days when the beach got too hot. The owner is wonderful to work with. I would recommend this house very highly.

THIS HOME IS WONDERFUL.IT'S BIG ENOUGH TO HAVE YOUR OWN SPACE IF YOU NEED IT AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE PRIVATE POOL AND PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH MAKE THIS HOUSE A BIG SLICE OF HEAVEN.
