Great views of the the Valley and Deer Lake from the full length covered porch, master and second bedrooms. Three large bedrooms sleep two each plus a lovely wood finished bonus room set up to sleep 7. The den can also be used as a private bedroom for 2 with pull out sofa. Additional sofa beds in sun room and study will accommodate 4 more. Plenty of room in bonus room for air mattresses etc.
Full kitchen with dishes and cookware. An all weather sun room with huge windows and a deck back to the the golf course in the rear. All season recreation is minutes away: swim, boat, water ski or fish at Deer Lake, or swim all year round at the Avalanche Bay indoor water park. Two Boyne golf courses, Monument and Alpine, on the property with 6 others nearby. Excellent snow skiing and full winter sports available at Boyne Mountain. Enjoy the many amenities of the Boyne Grand Mountain Lodge: Spa, health club, dining etc. Cook in or dine at one of 8 nearby restaurants. Room for boat parking on paved driveway. 20 minutes to Petosky or Grayling. Airport on Boyne property for private planes.
