This beautiful newest resort in Destin offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. Our condo is perfect for a family or for a couple seeking a romantic break. We offer the most on-site amenities of any resort in Destin and it is at a hotel room price.

THIS CONDO HAS A SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE POOLS OF FROM THE 10TH FLOOR. Additional amenities include 2 ceiling fans, personal decoration touches, and three wall mounted flat screen TV’s. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes granite counter tops.

Begin your day with espresso or your favorite coffee from the Starbucks in the lobby. Enjoy something luxurious from the exclusive spa or just relax all day at the incredible tropical pools with beverage service. The pools ARE FABULOUS. The largest lagoon pool has rimless "beach" entry so you may walk right in!!! There is also fun children’s pool and large amazing spa pool. Also featured is a smaller pool that is heated year round.

And there's more!!!! Enjoy a game of tennis or the basketball courts. Work out in the amazing and large fitness center. We have fabulous equipment and of course it is brand new. There is a playground area and wonderful children’s' pool with a "mushroom" fountain AND a large fountain play area with the random spouting water. All of this is at your fingertips at the resort.

Our beach access is unique and more convenient than the larger resorts that have long walks to the ocean. We have a continuous shuttle to the beach. It is a short ride. There is no carrying your beach equipment. Enjoy the sugar white sand and the emerald blue waters!.

After a fabulous day, you don't even need to leave the resort. The resort has an on site Trader Vics restaurant. The restaurant is in a relaxing, beautiful setting of an indoor and heated outdoor eating area surrounded by fountains overlooking the tropical pools.

If you want to walk to dinner, Ruth Chris Steak House, Back Porch and Grassi's are across the street. Landry's Seafood, Joe's Crab Shack, Sportsbook Bar and Grill and Ruby Tuesday are easy to walk to and on the same side of the street!!! For the kids the track amusement park is within walking distance.

All of this is at the resort!!!! You can also enjoy all that Destin has to offer. There is a water park and miniature golf for the kids. Destin Commons shopping mall is just a short distance with it's upscale stores and movie theatre.
