The property was pretty much as described. The kitchen and family room areas were nicely decorated and reasonably spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were small but adequate. It was clean when we arrived but there were two issues: the dishwasher ran but left many dishes soiled and all covered with a white film, and the closet next to the entry door had a strong unpleasant smell. Everything else was in good working order. The location is prime - easy walk to downtown, almost ski-in/ski-out. The transactions with the owner went very smoothly, and we had all the information we needed. Keep in mind that overall this is not a luxury property. However, it was an excellent value given what we paid, and we'd recommend it to others looking for similar value.

I'd like to start off by saying that offers an incredible value and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Now i'd like to go over some specifics that made an impression on me (positives & negatives). The most important item for me was the "Ski-in/Ski-out" location. There are two ways to do this. The first path is by going down a very short "double black" type terrain that is about about 20-30 feet long and the 2nd path is a much easier and wider "blue" type terrain. It is fairly difficult to get "right up to your driveway" but possible. Typically we get within 50-100 feet. Starting your day requires a somewhat short uphill walk to get to Town Lift. This is inconvenient but would not deter me from staying here again. Park City offers night skiing. It is unfortunate that the Town Lift side is not lighted at night making this condo's location slightly less appealing. But this is OK. The main parking lot is generally empty at night so you could just drive right down the road into an empty parking lot and start your night skiing there. This distance can be walked but I would never do it myself while carrying equipment especially since parking is free. Main street is a short but STEEP 1/3 mile walk downhill. After a long day and night of skiing and a full stomach we refused to make the hike back up hill. We caved and paid a taxi $16 bucks to take us home. Save yourself the trouble and just drive the 1/3 mile instead of walking. There should be some free parking behind main street somewhere. The condo has a fireplace that we would have loved to use but there was no firewood. The owner states in the information packet that firewood is free to use if available. Not a big deal because the condo uses a central heating system which is much faster than a radiator heating systems that i have seen in the past. Heating vents are found at various places in the condo. To ensure even distribution of heat we had to leave several doors wide open (Bathroom and bedroom doors) We LOVED the numerical keypad lock used to get into the condo!! I've always hated having to shuffle around your 20 different pockets for my room key or having to grab a key before leaving the condo for any reason. No more asking "Who has the key" while we all wait by the door This about concludes my review of this condo. Thanks again for allowing me to stay here!. I hope I was able to provide the some constructive feedback as well as a better picture of what's in store for future renters. Good luck

Everything was as described in the listing. Paul was very easy to work with throughout the process. My family of five stayed for six nights (kids aged 10, 12 and 14). Access to ski hill to PCMR is easily traversed both ways. Skied Deer Valley two days with a 5 minute drive. My wife was 6 months pregnant and worked from the condo while the rest of us got to play, the wifi and fireplace made that more enjoyable. We walked to Main Street three nights for dinner without much problem (uphill on the way back, but can take cab if needed). Used the car for dinner elsewhere the other nights. Very enjoyable stay!

This condo was exactly as described. The location is just a short walk down the hill to the heart of Main St. We loved the Western mountain decor and the personal touches throughout. It seemed that everywhere we looked, there was another helpful item. The kitchen had every utensil you would ever need. There were many current games, DVDs, and books in the house, as well as tons of toys that our toddler loved. The owner was very easy to work with. All in all, this was a comfortable and cozy place to spend a vacation. Thank you!
Owner response:Thanks Jill, Very happy you enjoyed your stay! Hope you can visit Park City again soon! Paul

My mom, sister and I stayed here for four night last week and had a great time despite terrible ski conditions! We ended up staying in the condo more than we had planned... and loved it. It is very cosy for three people, has a fully stocked kitchen, and a fabulous view of Park City. We walked to Main Street each night, without a problem. The hot tub was perfect and empty when we used it. Enjoy this great condo!

This condo is in a great location. About a 4 minute slight uphill walk to a ski run down to the Town Lift. You can ski to across the street then walk home in 30 seconds. Place comes with 3 beds and is a comfortable size for 3 people. Hot tub is very new and nobody was using it on both weekend nights we were there.

Spent a week at Park City, loved the condo. Great looking kitchen, and fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Took 2 minutes to walk to town lift run in the morning, and skiied to across the street in the afternoon. A quick walk down to main street for dinner, then home to the hot tub! Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Spent 10 days with our 2 young kids this February and were very happy with the place. Would stay here again on our next Park City trip. Nicely furnished and good kitchen. Owner was very friendly and helpful. As advertised you can ride right to the front door and then catch the town lift in the morning after a very short walk (>5 minutes). Only nit is that with kids we were doing a lot of laundry which requires coins and is located 2 stories down from the condo. Note a huge deal but suggest picking up quarters when you grab your groceries.

What a fun place to spend the last summer month, with fall colors starting to dot the hill sides by early September . So many fun activities, festivals, hiking and biking trails available. We could walk or take the free bus wherever we went.

My teammate and I rented this space for three months in the summer. We travel a ton being on the US Ski Team and this condo provided a home away from home. It was nice to get some great training in and enjoy this wonderful space with a great location in old town. I loved the kitchen space and the overall vibe of the condo.

Lovely and warm condo, we could not have been happier! The best possible location also; we could ski in and ski out without a problem thanks to the notes from Belinda. We were close to downtown for great restuarants, and the kitchen was well stocked for our breakfasts. We will return here whe we next come to Park City.

Had an amazing time in Park City. The condo was ultra clean and cozy and nicely decorated. The fire place made it even more homey. This place is perfectly located since it is within walking distance from Main Street and all the action. The chair lift to great skiing at Park City Mountain is right around the corner too. The owners are also very nice people. Look forward to going back!

This condo is the perfect Park City retreat! Thanks so much to Belinda for everything during my stay; she was so prompt if any issues or questions arose, and was so friendly and personable. I rented the condo during a college internship from June- December at the Marriott's Summit Watch on Main Street and the location was PERFECT! I walked to work all summer; literally only 7 minutes exactly to Main Street when you pop out the parking garage and follow 8th Street to Park Ave. Plenty of parking, GREAT VIEW, and fully furnished...everything you need during your stay. Thanks so much for everything, this place is fabulous rental!

Paul and Belinda, Kris and I wanted to let you know what a great time we had at your home in Park City. We barely got in the car for anything other than ice skating at the Park City Ice Arena. The condo was comfortable and cozy. We had a fire going each night, and it snowed all but one day while we were there. It was everything we could do to not sit and look out the windows at the fabulous views all day! Thanks for the quick response on the door issue we had. We certainly plan on returning sometime in the future. Possibly just Kris and I, though. It's tough to get the whole crew across the country. Wish we had mountains so beautiful closer to us down here in sunny FLA. Once again, thanks, and we look forward to a return in the future.

Perfect accommodations! We loved being so close to Main Street during Sundance. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with high-end appliances - even has a coffee bean grinder! The views were fabulous, too. Remember to read the guest book on the fireplace mantle to pick up some local restaurant and activity recommendations. The owners' handbook was also helpful in guiding us through our stay in the condo and in P.C. Very thoughtful owners - great communication.

I am a travel nurse from Michigan. This fall I chose to do a three month assignment at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. I was able to rent the condo here in Park City during my stay. I absolutely loved it and cannot say enough good things! The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown, hiking trails and the ski hill. The condo is well kept, clean and provided anything and everything you may need in a home! The hot tub was nice after a day of snowboarding and the fireplace was a bonus on those cold, snowy nights.
