The Beach House is the Blue Roof on the left - Jamestown Vacation House Rental Take a relaxing vacation by the sea on an Island, between 2 bridges, for a week, month, or all year long. Plenty of lawn for kids/adults to play. Plenty of parking. Quiet residence set back from the street, and safe for kids. 3 miles from town with several restaurants, shops, market, gas stations, marina, ferry to Newport, etc. The quaint Harbor Town of Jamestown is cozy and personable. It is close to the Newport Mansions and Ocean Drive. Beavertail, on the south side of Island, is great for a picnic on the rocks and watching ships go by. We are approximately 1 hour from Mystic Seaport. 45 Minutes from downtown Providence. Roger Williams Zoo is 30 minutes away. Approximately 1 hour from Foxwoods Casino, Entertainment Center and Indian Museum. We are Approximately 1+45 to Historic Boston. This a great location for family gatherings. Take long walks on the beach. Look for shells and sea glass. Dine outside on the porch. Enjoy the lights of Newport across the Bay in the evening. An office and internet available for necessary work.

Normal Summer Season:  May 30th to Aug 1 or Sep 1  $3500/wk for 8 people.
For wkly rentals and more than 8 people, an extra $30/pp/nt
with consent of owner, summer or winter.
Short Term Winter wkly rental $2500/wk for 8 people.
3 nt minimum $1500 for winter and 5 nt minimum for summer $2500.
2 moorings available for 25' boat max:  $50/nt/mooring  $300/wk/mooring
Normal Winter Long Term Season Sep 1-May 30 $2500/mo plus utilities.
$500/wk security deposit for short term. One month deposit for Long Term.
