Vacation at the beaches of the Royal Coconut Coast (Kapaa, Wailua, Waipouli) Great location! Just 150 yards to the beach through a charming, tree-lined path. Nothing between you and the water but a small two story resort. Walk out the back lanai and you'll be in the sand in 2 minutes. Golden sand stretches for miles in each direction. Walk to shopping, luau's, restaurants. Or take a short drive for snorkeling and protected ocean swimming at a lava rock enclosed ocean swimming pool. This vacation home is less than a mile to two sections of the new, popular coastal bike/walking path with scenic ocean vistas and fresh breezes.

One bedroom has an attached half bath with new fixtures. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and louvered windows for your comfort. One bedroom faces the ocean and greenbelt. One bedroom faces the landscaped front area with tropical foliage and colorful plants.
The full bath has been updated with new cabinets and flooring.
This end-unit has a shaded, front lanai with bistro table for two and water for rinsing off after the beach. The back lanai has a charcoal BBQ and beach supplies. Open the back lanai sliding glass door and the entry door and the breezes blow across the lanai's from the kitchen to living area.
Enjoy the beach all day and come home to the convenience of a vacation "home". This is a small complex of 24 units on the ocean side of the highway. This unit is on the ground floor of a four unit building that is on the ocean side of the complex. Enjoy the convenience of parking 20 feet from "home", walk past tropical foliage to the small enty lanai. No lobby, no elevators, no stairs. Walk to nearby Wailua resort restaurants, luau's, Aveda day spa, a Tahitian beach bar/grille, Kapaa shopping and entertainment.
Just a short distance to the popular coastal walking/biking path. Proceed north approximately one mile to join the 10 foot wide path for a scenic 2.5 miles walk along the gorgeous beaches and ocean near Kealia. (stop at the picnic pavilions.) Or go south to join a 2.5 mile Lydgate Park loop segment that runs along beautiful beaches to a fabulous ending at the Wailua Golf Course.
This is the most central location for enjoying all of Kauai's activities. This vacation home is is located on ocean side of the highway and is adjacent to a grove of palm trees and the new Waipouli Beach Resort. This vacation home is surrounded by upscale resorts. Enjoy a different restaurant each night and afternoon cocktails at the adjacent Tahitian Bar and Grille. Or walk across the street to two large grocery stores; coffee shops; mexican; thai and chinese restaurants. The island's best sushi is nearby.

Why the Owner Chose Kapaa
We are able to offer an affordable, 2 bedroom within steps of the beach. We chose this area because of it's close proximity to the coastal walking/biking path. This vacation home is in the heart of the partially complete 16 mile stretch. Currently a 2.3 mile section is completed just a short distance to the north and a 2.5 mi section is a short distance to the south. We get postive feedback on our vacation home and enjoy making it a great value.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We lovingly maintain this property. Guests can expect a well-maintained and very clean environment. We have three tv's, internet access, and free long distance. The furnishings are newer. Enjoy the adjacent day spa and the Tahitian bar and grill.
