When you arrive you will walk up a short flight of stairs to my lovely condo. You will not be passing by any other doors. Actually it is quite private and relaxing. The entire bottom floor has 16x16 ceramic tile. You will find this condo very clean and well kept. All appliances and AC/Heat system is new.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator, smooth top stove/oven and a dishwasher. Other appliances included are a large electric griddle for a large breakfast feast, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, can opener, microwave, crock pt, and all the dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc. you will need. Dish soap, dishwashing liquid, sponge & kitchen towels, garbage bags are provided.
This condo also has a bonus room which is so comfortable. This room has a quality futon with a 9" mattress. It may be used as a sitting room or additional bedroom. Great for the kids! It has a small wicker dresser,storage chest for the linens, and a closet. The 1/2 bathroom downstairs is convenient for guests on this level.
Relax on the leather sofa sleeper or rocker/recliner while watching the 34" HD wide screen TV with cable channels. As you look out the sliding doors you will see the balcony with 4 top outdoor patio set and outdoor Weber Grill. Also, beach chairs for you to take to the beach.
You will enjoy the tropical decor and comfort of your vacation home. Upstairs you will find a king size bed in the master bedroom. Large window for views of the area. This room has a 20" flat screen TV/DVD on a wall mount. The master bathroom has double sinks, bathtub with shower. Quality linens are provided.
A full size washer/dryer on this floor. Laundry detergent provided.
At the other end of upstairs hallway you will have the 2nd bedroom which consists of a full/queen bed and a twin bed. A 20" flat screen TV/DVD/VCR in this room also. This bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. Perfect set up for another couple or up to three children.
Although there is not a view of the ocean you will enjoy the sound of it while you sip your favorite beverage on the balcony. A view of the lagoon is pleasant. You may even enjoy watching the tennis players in the distance. Only a 2 minute walk to the ocean. The indoor heated pool is just a few steps away in the next building, along with basketball and an exercise room and sauna.
