The upper level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with fireplace and cathedral ceilings with sky lights.
There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen size bed and private terrace and the guest bedroom has a full size bed and a bathroom. There is a 1,000 square foot deck, which wraps around the front and side of the house that is accessible to the dining and living areas and the guest bedroom.
The lower level has a family room with a pull out queen sofa, and a hollywood bed This is accessible to the lower deck. There are 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a single, and the other sleeps 2. A full bathroom and laundry room complete the lower level.
The house has 3 TV’s with cable, VCRs and DVD players and an outdoor shower.
