Our 2400 sq. foot executive dream 3 bedroom home has a "to-die-for" view of Mt. Jefferson, the newly renovated Glaze Meadow golf course, and Hazard Lake. From our living room you can relax and idly watch the geese land on the lakes, view "our" beautiful Mt. Jefferson in all its glory and relax in the quiet serenity of the one and only Black Butte Ranch!
We are located in the middle of the Ranch, convenient to everything, in easy walking distance to the Sports Complex, Aspen Lake and all the renovated front nine holes on Glaze. We invite you to enjoy our new deck with family and friends and see the serene view while enjoying that glass of wine. It is only a short bike ride to the new Glaze Meadow Complex.
This well maintained home features new western flair accents, gourmet kitchen complete with trash compactor and granite countertops, comfortable leather sofa and new "Texas motif" recliners in the living room, and a library of books. Plus just added, a new TV and Home Theater System with over 100 dvd's and vhs tapes catalogued ready to view. New dining room set, carpet, entry way tile, and upstairs travertine tile in bathroom enhance the already updated home. Antique table and chairs plus an exquisite breakfront (circa 1860) compliments the morning room. The MBR has been transformed from "cutsie" to elegant to reflect the new decor. The large upstairs bathroom is perfect for two couples to share and has lots of counterspace and drawers. Guests also have unlimited wireless internet access.
The luxurious master bedroom features Thomasville furniture with king bed, new decor, comfy recliner and floor lamp to snuggle up with that favorite book; upstairs, the queen bedroom furniture dates back to the 1920's and the adjacent twin bedroom has a whimsey decor suitable for either adults or children. We just added a 52" TV and Home Theater System complete with a movie catalog of over 100 dvd's for your pleasure. Upstairs the twin bedroom TV set is perfect for your "little campers" as we have 20 classic Disney films.
The garage is equipped with a garage door opener, four 10 speed bikes, a small trike, tennis racquets, and a brand new ping pong table all of which are available for guests' use. And just added recently is the new asphalt driveway.

New custom chairs in the living room compliment the updated western flair; new dining room furniture has been added to enhance the ambiance for that quiet dinner or one for family and friends; new decor in MBR as well as upstairs bathroom has new sleek hardware and a beautiful new glowing color on walls and new terrazo tile on the floor, comfy chairs were added to each bedroom with great lamps perfect for reading that enthralling novel!

The best part of this home is the view from the living room. You can spend hours enjoying all the activities such as geese fighting each other, golfers teeing off, families on the bike path, kids riding bikes, and of course, study the many moods of Mt. Jefferson, one of the premier peaks in the Cascade Range. We have consistently updated our home: new roof, new paint, new deck,new furniture, new decor, new carpet, new tile, new paint--everything to keep it in tip top condition. Because afterall, we spend time there too and want it to be perfect!

We are very proud of all the updates we have done to this house from the granite countertops to new appliances to adding a trash compactor. We want our guests to feel at home and will do everything we can to make their vacations the best they can be. To show our appreciation, we enjoy giving our guests a nice welcome present when they arrive.
