This brand new privately-owned, three-bedroom/three-bath condo is located right on the beach of South Padre Island This spacious two-level condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. All the beds are brand new BeautyRest, Top of the line pillow top mattresses.Special features include three balconies which provide a spectacular view up and down the beach of South Padre Island.

The master suite bedroom is upstairs, with its own private balcony. The two other bedrooms are downstairs,each with its own baths. Three people can sleep in each of the rooms downstairs. The beautiful new kitchen is fully equipped. The large living room with two balconies that overlook the oceanfront where you can enjoy jet-skiing,parasailing, and the
banana boat ride.



Watersports, and beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available. And sand castle lessons are available! Enjoy the walk down the beautiful river walk located on the property. Off-site bird- and turtle-watching, and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities.
Other activies include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel. There are museums and make sure you visit the 100 year old Port Isabel lighthouse. Port Isabel has many cute little shops including antiques and art galleries. Just a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country- The Gladys Porter Zoo.

Then across the border to Matamores, Mexico. Make sure you visit Garcia's restaurant and curios shop. The food and entertainment are great and the shop there has wonderful Mexican crafted gift items. For you golfers there is Golf on the Gulf on Mexico at the the South Padre Island Golf Club in Languna Vista, or play at the Rancho Viejo golf club,just 30 minutes away from South Padre.

Water activities include Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark, dolphin watch, boogie boarding,snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rental. For the fisherman in the family there is bay fishing,deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing.

  • We stayed in Julie's condo that has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a spectacular view of the gulf from the whole living area as well as the master bedroom upstairs. My family which included 2 daughters, one son-in-law and four grandchildren were very comfortable and loved getting up every morning to sunshine and looking at the beach. we were there for 10 days including a family reunion the first weekend that we arrived. It was great watching the people kite-skiing, boogie boarding, swimming, playing on the beach, walking their dogs. It was so convenient to walk out to the beach every day. Plus the pools at the Bahia Mar were great to use at night when the kids wanted to get more water time in. The picnic area on the grounds was very convenient when we had too much company to have in the condo. This was our second visit using one of Julie's condos. It's been a pleasure working with her and very convenient. We look forward to our next visit.

  • I am currently on day 3 of our vacation in #2-16. I'm sure my dad will write his thoughts as well, but I wanted to stop by and say that this is truly a beautiful condo! There is so much space, and so much light. The condo is literally feet from the beach, and all the windows look out on the water! The condo has a very safe feel and there is a security system that lets us feel comfortable leaving our things in the unit while we're at the beach. Parasailing, RV rental, kite stores, gift shops, and restaurants are right outside the property, and the unit itself is very clean and has extremely comfortable and up-to-date furniture. The kitchen is stocked with everything used to cook and the big TV in the living room is very enjoyable. The marbled floors are very pretty, and we really appreciated the small touches like books to read, nice decorations, and VERY VERY comfortable beds! We are already planning to come back to one of Julie's bigger condos with some more family. Thanks so much!

  • My best friend and I along with our combined four children spent 3 nights in Julie's condo & LOVED it! It's hard to tell since everyone claims their condos are "right on the beach" but this one really is. You can open up the sliding glass doors (on one of the three balconies) and feel the breeze from the water and smell the ocean. If you had a good arm you could throw a rock into the water from the balcony! It's a completely un-obstructed view. The condo itself was very clean and had updated furnishings. The owner, Julie was a pleasure to work with and was able to accomodate us on very short notice. Thanks again, we had a wonderful time!

  • We stayed in unit 2-77 from February 1 thru March 3, 2008, and had a great time. The Condo has a superb view of the beach and you can sit and watch the activity(walking, kite skiing, etc) from the balcony or even the livingroom sofa. The bathroom by the entry was nice to wash the sand off without tracking thru the unit. We enjoyed the flat screen TV and rarely used the others. We were very happy with the unit and would certainly try to stay there again.

  • We stayed here for a month. Julie is so easy to do busy with. The condo was clean and comfortable, large enough to allow family to join us in Texas. Good view of the ocean.

  • Our stay at Julie's condo was awesome! The condo is very clean and well decorated - we will definately be back-We especially liked the master bedroom being separate from the rest of the condo with it's own private balcony, and an amazing view of the beautiful beach!
