(Total of 6 bedrooms, and 4 full baths total). Granite counter-tops, cathedral ceilings, and tile floors. Upscale furnishings and two car garages for each unit. Parking for up to 6 vehicles. Each side may also be rented separately from $2,000 to $2,500 per week depending on dates and number of occupants.
These homes offer central air conditioning, propane gas grills, outdoor patio furniture and lovely water views. Great fishing off the 92 foot dock in the evenings for snapper and tarpon. Boat ramp and rental boats located on the same canal. Also on the same waterway you will find a dive shop, bait store, gas dock and a open air restaurant.
Walk in the evenings over to Charter Boat row and see the catch of the day or stop by Sparky's Landing for a waterside cocktail and snack. Shopping at Keybana for the ladies and Fish Lips for those Keys souvenirs. If you feel like a little sunbathing or snorkeling from the beach visit our very own Sunset Park at the end of West Ocean Drive. Bike rentals are available locally and sea kayaks too! Bike paths surround the island for evening strolls or bike riding. Golf, tennis and the playground are all within walking distance. Key Colony is a vacationer's dream.
Feel secure knowing we have our very own police department and police boat patrolling the area for your safety. Do as little or as much as you would like, all amenities are very convenient to this home.
Marathon Airport is just 3 miles away and rental cars are available at the terminal. Key West Airport is a one hour drive and Miami is only 2 hours. There is also a Keys Shuttle Service operating daily from Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Key West airports. If you don't want to rent a car, take the shuttle and our taxi services will take you anywhere on the island.
