This beautifully decorated & meticulously clean 9th floor unit affords fantastic views of the Gulf from the huge balcony, master bedroom, and living room, plus great views of Cotton Bayou and Perdido Pass from the front bedroom. With our keyless entry system, you go straight to the beach or pool rather than wait in a long line at a check-in counter!
We have a PlayStation 2 with two controllers to keep the kids occupied in the evenings, plus we have DVD players in each bedroom as well as the living room. WI-FI is free, and we accept credit card payment through PayPal!
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, smooth-top stove, full-sized washer and dryer, and adjustable-rack dishwasher. We have a kitchen island that is a perfect spot for the kids to enjoy breakfast or a snack.
The Palms offers activities sure to please everyone in the family: playing in the waves, swimming in one of the two pools (outdoor or heated indoor!), surf fishing, exercising in the fitness room, playing tennis, or shell collecting.
Some of the finest restaurants in the South, world-class golfing, the Naval Air Museum (home of the Blue Angels!), a water park, amusement park, miniature golfing, Tangers Outlet shopping, and mega-plex cinemas, are all just a few minutes away.
Our rates are very competitive and include the 11% Alabama tax and all other fees. Your only additional charge is for cleaning (waived for weekly rentals).

If anyone is looking to rent a 2bd condo this is the place like no other. My family and cousins stayed here for a week 1st of October and let me tell you it is the best place that I have stayed in Orange Beach. The kitchen is so equipped with everything and even more that there is not one thing you could possibly need. The condo is very clean which is my thing most of all plus it is decorated for the right theme TROPICAL which is also my thing. The linens, beds, furniture all so comfortable. The owner is just a great lady to deal with-so sweet and caring. The over all condo, owner and everything else that goes with it is EXCELLENT ****** Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. To me it is like my home away from home. Love everything about it. Thanks Gloria for all and will be talking to you down the road.

The Palms "912" is THE place to stay when visiting Gulf Shores. We recently returned from another refreshing stay at Ron and Gloria's condo on the beach. As before we found the condo emaculately clean and professionally decorated. It was so nice-even our teen-agers were going around noticing the new colors and decor. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked. We found every thing we needed to prepare several gourmet meals. I have got to tell you I love quality bed linens. They make such a difference in a night's sleep. Well, I absolutely loved the linens that were on our bed. What a relaxing time our family had last week. There was time for the beach as well as sightseeing. It was very thoughtful for the owners to have so much info about things to do in the area. There are so many extras at the "912" - keyless entry, beach toys, chairs for the beach, washer/dryer, drying line for swimsuits, and the list goes on. We know we will return to the "912" and we highly recommend this condo on the beach for anyone looking for a great getaway.

We just loved our stay in 912. The condo was very spacious and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed being steps away from the sugar white sand of Orange Beach. My boys were thrilled with Playstation 2. The best part of the condo was the extra large balcony! And working with Gloria was wonderful.

We so enjoyed your "home away from home"! Thanks for putting all the thought and preparations into your tenants vacations! I packed according to my "Condo Packing List" (vs my camping or tent camping packing lists) only to find you, like none other, stock your condo for your tenants. Wow! I will definitely recommend you and your "home away from home"! We look forward to staying with you again in the future. The boys say they wont consider anywhere else because of the PSII and closeness to the "skim zone". Thanks for everything!

Your gulf view condo allowed us the most relaxing vacation we have had in many years. What a joy to walk out of the building directly onto the private beach or sit on the balcony overlooking the white sand and beautiful waters of the gulf. The accomodations were so comfortable and the atmosphere so peaceful, we hated to leave. We are looking forward to going back and will definitely book this unit again!

Have stayed here 3 times and loved it! Plan on going back this fall. The condo is beautiful & nicely furnished with lots of extras to make you stay all the better. Has a great view of the gulf. Miles & miles of clean beach for walking. Kitchen is well furnished with appliances, cookware, etc. for making your own meals & there are plenty of great restrauants close by as well. Many thanks to Ron & Gloria for making this a great vacation spot.

We stayed in this unit for a "girls getaway" and had a wonderful time. The unit was immaculately clean and stylishly furnished. Everything looked brand new! There is lots of space and the view is incredible.
