Located in a kid-friendly part of town, our house has living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath downstairs and two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. There is a small screened porch in back, a large front porch, a two car garage and a big yard suitable for cocktails, barbeques and baseball.

Belmar is the perfect community for those who love suburban living in a small town environment. Commutes to Newark or New York City are easily accomplished via the train station located a short 6 block walk from the house. Commuting time into New York City’s Penn Station is as short as 2 hours. And the Belmar Elementary school is located four short blocks from the house.

Walk easily to the ocean and back home for lunch or enjoy food from the many boardwalk pavilions and restaurants. Take the kids to arts and crafts on the beach while you take yoga classes or walk or jog on the boardwalk from Belmar through Avon, Bradley Beach, Ocean Grove and Asbury Park or go south through Spring Lake and Sea Girt. You can jog or walk around tree-lined lake paths or sit on the porch and watch the kids on the playground equipment in the park across the street. A short drive brings you to Point Pleasant Boardwalk, Six Flags Great Adventure, outlet shopping, boat and jet ski rentals, and much more.

Our home is available UNFURNISHED starting Sept. 8th thru May 20th 2009 at a monthly rental rate of $1200.
