This new home is located in The Preserve @ Grayton Beach a private community located on 30-A.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and side by side refrigerator with automatic ice dispenser), fully stocked cabinets and exquisite granite countertops. It also includes a central bar with an additional sink and seating for two.
The rectangular dining table extends to 84 inches and has seating for six.
The "Welcome Aboard" room is located on the 1st level. It contains rich red and navy colors and a queen mission style bed. An attached bathroom adjoins the room and contains stone floors, stone around the shower/tub and single sink with a marble countertop.
Also, located on the 1st level is a powder room with a pedestal sink and toilet. Directly across from the powder room you will find a washer and dryer to accomodate all your laundering needs.
There are three bedrooms located on the 2nd level.
The first is our "Fish Room". It is home to a queen sleigh bed. The warm green colors in this room provide a very relaxing atmosphere. An added bonus to this room is its own walk out balcony.
The second room is our "Sailing Room". It contains two beautifully detailed twin sleigh beds. Various shades of blue and a sailing theme enhance the room.
The "Fish Room" shares a bathroom with our "Sailing Room".
The third area located upstairs is the Master Retreat.
The exotic Malibu King bed will have you believing your bedroom has been transported to a beach resort. Made of hardwood solids, with a golden teak finish, the bed features impressive posts with fluting detail. French doors open to a private balcony overlooking The Preserve to the east.
The attached Master Bathroom is a retreat in itself. The floors, air-jet tub and shower are covered and surrounded in warm brown toned natural stone travertine. The double sinks are set in a beautiful ivory marble.
