This unit is exquisitely furnished and we have spared no expense in selecting the best mattresses, furniture, and decorations. This is our home away from home, which we also rent out to other families that are looking for a luxury vacation. Everything is included, full kitchen utensils, flat screen televisions with DVD/VCR players, washer & dryer, towels and linens. This unit was rated the highest rating from Majestic Beach Resort.
We also offer discounts for frequent stays, and look forward to your repeat stays each year.
Majestic Beach Resort is by far the best in Panama City Beach. Here are some features that set the standard:
Health Club, Spa and Fitness Center On-site, open daily from 7:00am-7:00pm. Features state of the art equipment as well as a sauna and steam room with gulf views.
* Majestic Theater - Majestic Theater First Run Movies on Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30pm.
* The Majestic Market - Open seven days a week, from 7:00am-7:00pm, featuring Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast, pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items as well as snacks and souvenirs.
* H20 Bar and Grill - Open Seven days a week, from 11:00am-9:00am, and includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-Front serviced seating for lunch and dinner.
* Beach Services and Rentals - Rent your beach equipment right on the beach! Jet Skis, Parasailing, Banana Boat Rides, and much more.
* Large Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pools, Hot Tubs, Watersport Rentals, and organized beach activities.
PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Your Name. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) will be assessed. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.

It has been several years since we have been to Panama City and we found your unit on VRBO. It was the nicest one at a very reasonable price. Majestic Beach Resort has the best family amenities that we could find. We had the best time at the beach, and we look forward to returning next year.

My family really enjoyed Spring Break and we never hardly had to leave the property. The cafe next to the pool faces the beach and we tried something new to eat every night! Great Food and Drinks! The children could swim while me and my husband sat and had a drink! You couldn't ask for anything better!

We decided to come to Panama City for something new and we were suprised how much the area has changed. The beach is beautiful and the condo was incredible. There was so much for all of us to do at the condo that we hardly left. Thanks!

I was looking for a last minute weekend vacation and discovered this unit while searching on the VRBO website. I wanted a unit that had a master suite that faced the ocean with balcony access and that offered plenty of amenities. I found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.
