There is a large backyard with 75 foot bulkhead and a sandy beach. You can walk to Montauk Harbor, jetski rentals, fishing boat excursions, large deli, nice gift shops, many nice restaurants, and other public beaches.
Town has many beaches and shopping, great breakfasts, and miniature golf, movies, pizza parlours, etc.

Check or cash - half down to secure rental, other half, 4 weeks prior to date.
$600 security deposit. Sept. rentals from 9/10 and on thru October.
Weekend rentals or dail rentals in Sept. and Oct. for $600 daily.
