Large living room up with 16 foot sliders out onto a 28 X 30 deck, 1 bedroom, 1 bath and eat in kitchen. Down is den with laundry room, 2nd bath and 3 bedrooms. There is a large backyard with 75 foot bulkhead and a sandy beach. You can walk to Montauk Harbor, jetski rentals, fishing boat excursions, large deli, nice gift shops, many nice restaurants, and other public beaches. Town has many beaches and shopping, great breakfasts, and miniature golf, movies, pizza parlours, etc.
