Summer at Bear Paw Lodge

We decided to take a spur-of-the moment trip to Colorado in the summer and absolutely fell in love with our accommodations at Bear Paw Lodge in Bachelor Gulch. The property had amazing views of the mountains and while it was off the beaten path of Beaver Creek Village, it was still very accessible to the resort and all of the wonderful summer activities. The condo was very spacious, comfortable and had a wonderful balcony that we sat out on each morning and enjoyed watching the deer feed as we ate our breakfast. We also enjoyed the private pool and hot tubs...and ventured down to the Ritz Carlton to feast on smores by the firepit at night. Our experience at Bear Paw in the summer has us counting the days to visiting Bear Paw in the winter!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My boys and I stayed at Bear Paw for 4 nights and had a fantastic time! The weather was perfect and the location is one of the best in Bachelor Gulch. We had a nice view of the mountains and a gas grill on the balcony for apres ski cheeseburgers. The ski locker facilities were just off the elevator and led right outside onto a groomed cabin fever run. The accomodations were well appointed - wireless internet, gourmet kitchen, DVD player, HD cable, huge gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, etc. We also had a car with us and the underground garage had plenty of room and carts to help bring in luggage. Overall - Bear Paw is the best:)
