Welcome to beautiful Lake Columbia, Brooklyn, Michigan. Home of the Michigan International Speedway. This home is ideal for race enthusiasts and race teams. Lake Columbia is approximately 860 acres of clear beautiful water, all sports private lake. You can enjoy boating, rafting, jet skiing, water-skiing, fishing, and sunbathing.
My home is a 6000 square foot arts and crafts style house. The main level features large beautiful gourmet kitchen with eating area and formal dining room adjacent to a large great room with entertainment system, with large windows that give a spectacular view of the lake. First floor laundry room with attached four car garage and mud room. Large master bedroom on the main floor, with walk-in tiled shower with two shower heads and a Jacuzzi tub that also provides you with a spectacular view of the lake. There is an office available on the first floor with high-speed internet access; also has WiFi.
For your outdoor entertaining there is a 16 foot by 36 foot cedar deck that overlooks the lake with a gas grill and patio furniture, seating for 16 people.
Upper level includes four bedrooms with two full baths; two of the bedrooms have views of the lake and have television with satellite TV.
Lower level has large great room with pool table, wood fireplace, and another area for sleeping with a full bathroom. French doors lead out to lower patio that access the lake.

This property is available during race weeks, June, July, and August.
Available from Monday to Monday.
Rate is $3000/week.
Deposit required $1000 at time of reservation.
A cleaning fee of $250 dollars not included in the rate.
Check-in is at 11 a.m.; check-out is at 2 p.m.
Security deposit $1000 refunded after three days of departure
assuming that there is no damage.
