This property is an oceanfront log home located in Trenton, between Ellsworth and Bar Harbor. It is only a 15 minute drive from either one. This cottage features panoramic views of Cadilac mountain, the other mountains of Mount Desert Island and the Western Bay which borders Blue Hill Bay. A wonderful spot for kayaking, sailing, walking or just lazing on the deck.

There are two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The front master bedroom contains a king size bed and the 1/2 bath. The second, rear bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have great views of the ocean as well as the point of land on which the property is located.

There is a fully furnished kitchen including stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is Dish Network satellite television reception and there is also a DVD player and VCR provided in the living room area.

A covered porch across the front of the building includes chairs, a porch swing and a propane barbecue grill.

No smokers or pets. References please.

  • My husband and I had a wonderful time in this precious cabin right on the water. We drove into Arcadia National Park for dinner one evening and it was a lovely drive back to our little home away from home. A great location away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. Enjoy the wonderful swing on the front porch, we did.

  • Whether you are looking for peace or just aplce to stay while you sample Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, this is just right. My kids had fun hunting for crabs on the beach while I loved how clean and bright it is!

  • My husband and I spent our anniversary here and had such a wonderful, relaxing stay. The location is tranquil but convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia and the cabin is spotless, well-stocked, and picture perfect! A must stay!
