4x4 access to Freeman Park two blocks away where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, and relaxing on the beach with your friends. Fishing pier has bait and tackle shop, grill, great bar for cocktails, and live music on the week-ends.

Enjoy the wildlife at Carolina Beach as well as the NC aquarium, the ferry to Southport, restaurants close by, and a short drive to the historic Wilmington waterfront and the USS NC battleship.
