Enjoy the wildlife at Carolina Beach as well as the NC aquarium, the ferry to Southport, restaurants close by, and a short drive to the historic Wilmington waterfront and the USS NC battleship.

  • John is a great person to rent from. He is very nice and accomodating! The condo is in a perfect area - easy to get everywhere but not in the middle of crowds. A terrific ocean view; and get to the ocean by just crossing the street! While there, visit the Treehouse Bistro - great wine, food & people! You'll love this condo!

WE JUST SPENT THE MOST REMARKABLE SUMMER HERE , WE RENTED THE CONDO FROM 5/22-8/1 .JOHN THE OWNER OF THE CONDO IS GREAT , HE WAS SO EASY TO DEAL WITH & WAS VERY ACCOMENDATING , I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO GET AWAY. THE VIEWS FROM THE KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ARE INCREDIBLE AND THE BREEZES FROM THE DECK ARE SO REFRESHING , AND YOU ARE ONLY 2 BLOCKS FROM FREEMAN PARK (THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AREA).
