Ground floor, end unit, next to ocean, and just steps from the pool. Imagine falling asleep to the sound of the ocean or watching your children swim from your own terrace. Bedroom window looks out onto beach and ocean.

This unit comes with - full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, all utensils, blender, coffee maker, brand-new, over-size air conditioner, two overhead ceiling fans, a 32-inch wall mount TV with VCR in living room, 19-inch wall mount TV in bedroom (all with remotes), satellite English-speaking TV channels, and large assortment of current movies in unit.

Two pillow-top, queen-size beds in over-size bedroom, pillow-top, twin-size day bed in the living room, lots of closet space, and two large dressers.

Brand-new, $800, drinking water purification system installed in this unit. Some people worry about "Montezuma's revenge" they have heard about in Mexico. Not here!!! This water is triple filtered then actually goes through an ultraviolet light that kills all bacteria. It is cleaner than any water you can buy!!!

If you like to fish, Mazatlan is the sailfish capital of the Pacific, the largest fleet in Mazatlan is only steps away from your door.

This complex has a friendly English-speaking staff with 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security on site. There is also a seasonal restaurant and bar, plus a small grocery right in the complex.

Only steps away from the bus lines (cheapest) or a taxi will pick you up at the front lobby, plus unique to Mazatlan are the Pulmonia's open-air taxis that really let you see the city.

Every renter receives a large information package of recommended places to see, to eat at, and things to do. We take pride in sharing our knowledge with you. There is also a "guide to Mazatlan" in the unit at a desk just for planning.
