This condo is located in Pelican Landing, a gated community in Bonita Springs, one of Florida’s most luxurious communities. It’s located near the World Famous Barefoot Beach, and only 20 min. south of Fort Myers Airport. A new shopping mall named Coconut Point has just been built about four minutes from the apartment. There are many more outlet stores around the area.
This magnificent complex is filled with great activities and adventure. Depending on your mood you can either hang out at the heated pool or you can take a nature walk around the beautiful 18-hole golf course. The pool facility also has a hot tub to relax after your long day of adventure. The community is great due to its location. There is a movie theatre located across the street from pelican landing. The Pelican Landing also offers a private island, which is shared by the Hyatt Regency located approximately 3 minutes away. In order to get to this island you must catch a fairy leaving every 20 minutes. This ride is great for small children because many dolphins and manatees have been spotted during the short trip. This beach is great for shelling and adventuring through the mangroves. The facility also provides 16 clay tennis courts with lighting.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one den, and two baths. The master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed and with a door leading to the lanai. The second room has a double and a twin bed. The den is furnished with a queen-size futon and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The lanai has a lovely glass table, great for Sunday morning breakfast.
There is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer. There is also a full kitchen, Breakfast bar, a dining table, and two TV’s.
The unit is on the third floor and can be accessed by both stairs and an elevator.
