Visit for three days, a week, or a month. My home is your home. You will find bright colors, a stylishly furnished beach home, gorgeous views from the front door to the back deck and porch. This is a perfect place to relax with friends and/or family.

Whether you are in the master bedroom, living area, porch, or another bedroom, you always have a view of the gorgeous Folly River. Watch for dolphin, boaters, sunrises, and sunsets.

Walk to charming restaurants and shops, walk or drive to the beach - just a few blocks away - go into Charleston's historical district and see the many sites there - just 15 minutes away.

Amenities	Air Conditioning Washer Dryer Linens Provided Covered Parking: Park in 1D Off Street Parking: Each condo at Turn of River has a covered parking space and one additional. No more than 2 cars per unit allowed. Elevator: Right outside the front door of 1D! Sooo easy to unload!

Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV DVD VCR Stereo System Shared Pool: Swim until 10:00 PM at night - closed from October - March
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: I believe you will find most of what you would have at home in my kitchen - other than the food! Cooking Utensils Provided: Just about anything you would need! Refrigerator Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker
Outdoor Features	Balcony: See photo for details; perfect place to sit and get a tan, cook on the grill, watch the sunset. Enjoyable most year around other than rainy days and maybe Jan & Feb Lanai: See photo for details. Enjoy the salt water river view yet stay shaded. Talk quietly please, as voices travel and homeowners dislike noisy neighbors!
View/Location	Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Look out onto the Folly River (saltwater). Enjoy the views and wander down to the dock for a closer look. Fishing is allowed but be sure you have a SC permit! Overnight docking of boat can be negotiated with my contact: Mrs. Taylor Boat ramp just across the river.
