With off street parking for two vehicles the ground level apartment has a wonderful kitchen with attached eating area that opens to the spacious living room. The newly renovated bathroom has a stand up shower perfect for beach living.
The open concept makes this a great place for a family to enjoy a vacation together. Sit on the porch and watch the kids frolic on the lawn or step to the other side of the house and the sand and sea await! If you want more than relaxing at the cottage, or swimming, kite-flying, sand-castle building of the beautiful 6 mile sandy shore, you are only minutes away from kayaking, fishing, boating, birding, strolling a boardwalk or antiquing and shopping in beautiful coastal Newburyport.
