In the sleepy, fishing village of Sayulita, Casa L'Chaim is a hillside home that will make your vacation stay extra special. Decorated with exotic art and ceramics from across Mexico and furnished with traditional Mexican furniture, you have the flavor of "old" Mexico with the comforts and amenities of a modern. Large glass doors across the front of the house open to the beautiful views of the plunge pool on the terrace and the aquamarine-blue ocean in the distance.
Being upstairs, you’ll feel comfortable leaving the doors and windows open day and night, so you can enjoy the gentle sea breezes that flow through, bringing the sounds of rustling palms to your ears. The feeling of serenity is so encompassing, many guests are content to spend hours reading and relaxing in the palm-thatched palapa, just a few steps off the living room. At night, sitting on the veranda enjoying a blended margarita and watching the stars, twinkling like handfuls of diamond dust, is another pleasure to be experienced.
However, people come here to enjoy the sun and surf, and at Casa L'Chaim in the Los Delfines complex, you’re only steps away from the warm sand and rolling waves on Sayulita’s strikingly beautiful, crescent shaped expanse of beach. A short walk down the street is all it takes. As you pass through the Celeste complex,you’ll pass native trees, brilliantly colored bougainvilleas and dozens of other varieties of tropical plants in vibrant reds, yellows and purples. On the terrace, colorful built-in seating overlooking the trees and view allows you to relax watching your kids making sand castles, or enjoy the beauty of early morning sunrises.
The house itself has a well-appointed living room with spacious dining area decorated with comfortable Mexican equipalis, natural leather furniture, Cocuchas pottery, and wooden decorative accessories. The fully equipped kitchen is highlighted with light green Mexican tile countertops. The appliances include a full size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, blender and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer, so you can minimize the amount of clothes you need to bring. In addition, the house has three delightfully decorated bedrooms, with king, queen, and twin beds, respectively. The two, tiled bathrooms have a shower, Mexican tile vanity and toilet, and one has a hair dryer, although "Sayulita casual" is really in.
So, why don’t you come stay with us? Casa L'Chaim is only a three minute strollto the nearest restaurant, and a five-minute walk to the town square, past the school, small grocery stores, street side restaurants, and the baseball field, where local teams often play. Horseback riding, phones, Internet access, beach rentals, galleries, and wonderful restaurants are all available in town. Golf, water slides, and more resort type activities are available only 45 minutes away in Puerto Vallarta, if you need a break from the peace and quiet and world class surfing in Sayulita.
