Our lovely waterfront condominium has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located on the top floor, it gives you gorgeous views of Smokehouse Bay, overlooking prestigious Esplanade complex and beautiful sunsets.
It's the perfect location to enjoy all that Marco Island has to offer. The unit is clean, and well-maintained. The Living Room is very spacious with TV/DVD, and wet bar. Formal Dining area with glass table and seating for six, breakfast area with bar stools.
Large well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line appliances. The Master Bedroom has king size bed with TV wall unit and private balcony overlooking the water. The second bedroom is beautiful furnished with Tommy Bahama furniture with Queen Bed and TV, bath off this bedroom. The third bedroom has twin beds with TV. Full size laundry room.
