This ski-in/ski-out home has fabulous views and a private trail through the back yard providing direct access to the Headin’ Home ski trail. Due to the mountainside location, four-wheel drive is required to reach this home in winter. This house has a maximum occupancy of up to 12 people.
On the main level of the home is the living room, dining room, kitchen, a full bath and two of the bedrooms.
The living room has a new double-size sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, a wood burning fireplace, new flat-screen TV, satellite dish, VCR and DVD player. Patio doors provide access to a large deck with a hot tub and gorgeous views of Wheeler Peak.
The kitchen is complete with all major appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 8. There is additional seating for 4 on stools at the kitchen counter.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main level which are furnished in an identical bedding arrangement. Each of these two rooms has a twin bed as well as a bunk bed that is a double on the bottom and a twin on top.
Upstairs is a loft with beautiful views from the large windows and a twin-size day bed. The master bedroom is on this level as well. It has a queen-size bed, satellite TV and VCR. There is a full master bath with 2 sinks.
Downstairs from the main level there is a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3/4 bath (shower, no tub). There is also a game room with a double-size sleeper sofa, a foosball table, a bar, stereo with CD player and a sauna. There is a full-size washer and dryer in home. Please note, this home has additional sleeper sofas that allow for flexibility of sleeping arrangements, but cannot be used to exceed the maximum occupancy of 12 people total, including children. There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub.
