This home is located on Sun Valley Road, approximately one minute by car from the slopes at Angel Fire Resort. The home can sleep a maximum of 16 people.
The home is entered via an outside staircase leading to the main floor. The living room, kitchen, dining room, family room, one bedroom and one full bath are located on this main floor. The large living room has two sofas (one is a queen-size sleeper) and a love-seat. There is a TV with satellite, DVD and VCR. French doors allow access to large deck from the living room, the dining room and the family room. The deck is furnished with table and chairs, a small charcoal grill and has a partial view of the ski area. The adjoining family room has another double-size futon as well as four recliners. There is a large TV with satellite and a DVD player as well as a small stereo system. There is also a gas-burning fireplace and a foosball table. Both of these rooms are light and bright with lots of windows and French doors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The dining table can seat six.
The third bedroom is on this floor as well and has a king-size bed. There is a full bath across the hall from this bedroom.
Upstairs from the main level there are two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV with satellite, a wood-burning fireplace and a small balcony. The master bath has double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds which are doubles on the bottom and twins on the top. There is a three quarter bath across from the second bedroom.
The fourth bedroom is downstairs on the ground floor and has a king-size bed and a TV with satellite, DVD and VCR. There is a three quarter bath just off this large bedroom.
Full size washer and dryer in utility room on ground floor. Guests have access to the one-car garage. |
