Why the Owner Chose Westridge
Have you ever "wished upon a star"? I did when I first visited Walt Disney World in 1972. It was such a special, "magical" place. I wished I never had to leave. I always wished I could come back and stay forever. Well, I did come back to visit Walt Disney World over the years. It was still a wonderful, "magical" place. It was during one of these visits when my husband and I thought how great it would be to purchase a home close to Disney. I could vist anytime. Our home needed to be something we could enjoy now but one we could look forward to upon retirement. We wanted privacy, something hard to find in rental properties, but one that would be conveniently situated to shopping, restaurants and of course Disney and the other parks. After looking at many homes, we found the one for us. Its privacy made it the perfect spot. It is conveniently located and is a wonderful, quiet and peaceful location. We added a pool, completely decorated the entire home and thought how wonderful it would be to share this with others. So, we began to rent our lovely home. We love our home and have taken great care in furnishing it to our tastes. We know you will love our home too! We want it to be your home away from home. So, enjoy your holiday and may it be a "magical" one as well.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The privacy of our home is unique. You will NOT be able to reach out and touch your neighbor in the pool home next to you. Our setting is peaceful with a large palm tree which houses different birds during the year. They love to sing out. Our resident tortoise may pay a visit. He loves our plants and will even eat Romaine lettuce. Our neighborhood is quiet and your family will enjoy a quiet walk. The Westridge Community area provides tennis, basketball courts, volleyball, soccer a jungel jim and other amenities for the children. Enjoy the jacuzzi at night. Our Adirondack room is uniquely furnished with handmade furniture we brought down from upstate New York. We are five minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses and other venues. Staying with us is truly a unique and enjoyable experience.

We love the sunny, hot days of Florida! It is a vast difference from the long, cold winters we have here in upstate New York. We always said we should move south some day. My British husband lived in the Canary Islands and has always missed the sun and the heat. I'm from upstate New York and have always loved Walt Disney World. What a perfect combination. We decided to look for a future retirement home in Florida. In the meantime, we thought it would be nice to share our home with others. We look forward to having you stay with us. We know you will love everything about our home. We sure do!
